A was cared for by Nancy for just under one year. We decided to choose Nancy following a recommendation from an immediate family member, as Nancy was caring for her child.
From my very first communication Nancy was caring and insightful, she was child focused, she always had time, no matter how many other things she was juggling.
A attended the setting full time, 5 days a week. We received regular updates and the daily diary meant that we felt really in touch with A’s daily experiences whilst not in our care.
A came on leaps and bounds in the time that she was with Nancy, developmentally she met her milestones and beyond, she was always happy to attend the setting and to participate in the many activities and outings that were part of the weekly routine.
Nancy offered care in a family environment, she was consistently professional and her passion for her role was consistently evident.
Nancy and her assistants were a real cornerstone for A and us as a family and we are very grateful to them for the care they provided to A. A has embraced the next chapter of her journey and the care provided has given her a good platform to further build on.
I would recommend Nancy as a childminder, she is reliable and trustworthy and there is flexibility which is important.

my two sons have been going here for almost 2 years and they love it here. They are welcomed and feel very comfortable here. They have lots of visits out to the park, zoo etc and the kids love this. the setting is well equipped and they do lots of activities. as a single mother the child-minder always make an extra special effort for me on special days like Father's Day etc - very friendly and relaxed atmosphere - my youngest son has come on leaps and bounds since arriving here with knowing his color's and speech! lovely nursery 5 star rating by us!

My daughter has been with Nancy for 18 months and has loved every day! Nancy has been very flexible with sessions and often collected her in the mornings. The setting is very good and Libbie loves to talk about the fish and all the things that she learns while in Nancy’s care. Sadly she has now out grown the setting but hoping there will be space for my little one next year!

Nancy has been looking after my 1 year old since January. Its the first time I've used a childminder, my eldest went to nursery at 1 1/2years, and I really wish I'd met Nancy back then! My son settled in so quickly, and Nancy sent me little photos of what they were doing so I felt at ease.
I love the crafts projects they do, and the setting is the perfect size. Nancy is always flexible and wants to help.

Nancy has been looking after my 3 year old daughter for almost 2 years now, my daughter enjoys her time spent there and has made some lovely new friends whom she talks about a lot. I love receiving the homemade gifts my children (Nancy also looks after my older son before and after school and in holidays) make whilst there for special occasions e.g Christmas and Mother's Day. I have found Nancy to be trustworthy and very flexible, often able to fit around my shift work and training courses which I have to attend at work. My daughter enjoys activities such as going to the park and feeding the ducks as well as arts and crafts in the setting. She tells me about the fun things she has done there and is very happy to go in the morning which makes it a lot easier for my husband when dropping her off! Thanks Nancy!

Nancy is really good with the children. My child still speaks of her 6months after leaving her care and she is only two. Nancy is good at picking up and dropping off the children. She does amazing activities with the tinys... I am going to miss my Christmas presents this year that I adored last year. Also the food is healthy and the children are never short of any. I would recommend Nancy's child care.

Nancy looked after our now 2 year old and 5 year old for a year when they were both 1 and 4 respectively. As we both worked in London the children were with Nancy for around 11 hours a day and she provided us the flexibility we required when trains were late etc and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. I never needed to worry with Nancy and she looked after the children as if they were her own. Nancy always did amazing activities/outings with my children and they developed so much whilst in her setting. Nancy was so thoughtful on occasions such as Christmas and Valentines as she always ensured that the children gave us cards/presents which was such a lovely touch. Nancy is a very honest, hardworking, reliable and trustworthy individual and she has a great setting with so many different things to do. We parted ways as Nancy moved home but if this didn't happen the children would have still been with her. We may still call upon Nancy to help out in times of need but for now the children and us miss her loads. We do still keep in touch and wish her all the best in her successful career as a childminder.

Nancy looked after my 2-year old daughter for about a year. Unfortunately, I had to move for work reasons and I wish so much I could take Nancy along with us. She has been a fantastic childminder and my little girl has grown so much whilst under her care. Nancy provided a vast range of activities and kept the little one constantly stimulated and entertained. I worked long hours and Nancy was always happy to accommodate my schedule. I felt reassured that my daughter was safe even when I was running late at times.
We will definitely miss her.

Nancy has looked after daughter for the past 3 years since she was 9 months old. In that time I have seen my daughter grow in to a confident outgoing and inquisitive little lady and this is largely down to the care and learning she has received whilst at Nancy's. I have been impressed by the range and amount of activities that nancy arranges for the children with regular 'days out' as well as local groups and meet ups with other childminders. My daughter has been very happy at Nancy's and I, in turn have been over the moon with the level of care and attention she has received. Nancy keep parents updated with regular updates and pictures on her private Facebook group allowing you to see what your child has been up to and the activities they have enjoyed. I will not hesitate to ask Nancy to care for my son when I return to work this time.

Nancy is looking after my daughter now over a year. My daughter loves her and she's so brilliant to look after my daughter. I'm so grateful we found her and she's looking after my daughter to enable me to go to work. I don't know what I would do without her and most definitely would and have recommended her to other people. It's great to have someone you can truly trust with your child and you can go to work without worrying.
