To say that I'm emphatic about how good Tina is at her job would be understating matters! Meeting Tina has been the most fantastic thing to happen to our family. Going to work is made a zillion times easier knowing that she provides a warm, safe, homely environment for our boys to grow and develop. She takes interest in each child she cares for, structuring her days with them around their individual personalities and ages. She gets the boys out every day to burn off energy. She helps to teach them about the world around them, manners, family life and the early years foundation curriculum type stuff along the way. Above all it is a low stress, loving environment in which children can flourish.
I have never heard my eldest son complain or grumble that he is going to Tina's, he sees her as another primary care giver and this can only be a good thing. She makes children secure and happy and she clearly loves her chosen career.
I can not recommend Tina highly enough to anyone wanting childcare.
