EARLY YEARS GRADUATE, FIRST AID TRAINED.
I am a 32 year old female, who is looking for any evening/weekend babysitting, child-minding work in the local Staffordshire area.
I am an Early Childhood Studies Graduate with 4 years experience working on placements with children in a variety of different settings. I have experience working as a Creche Supervisor working with New Born babies up to children aged 16 on a daily basis. I also worked for Princess Cruises as a Youth Counsellor for 5 years.
I am available for immediate work and I am happy to make pre-visits to meet you and your child/ren.
I believe myself to be reliable, trustworthy and enthusiastic about working with children. I bring a 'firm but fair' approach when caring for young children, but most importantly making sure they are happy and have lots of fun!!
I have had a number of clients from this website and received nothing but good, happy reports from them and their children! :)
First Aid trained, EPPE pen trained and Safeguard trained.

My Experience
I have looked after two young children for 7 years for a professional couple. Responsibilities include cooking, cleaning and ensuring the children are safe and happy.
I have completed a 3 year degree in Early Childhood Studies at Staffordshire University. Therefore, I have a high level of knowledge and understanding regarding child development, behaviour and learning.
I have completed a number of work placements within schools and nurseries, including being offered employment within one of the nurseries I attended as a student.
In May 2010 I also travelled to Zambia for 1 month to volunteer in schools and orphanages as part of the Book Bus charity.
Worked as a Nursery Supervisor for Club V at Virgin Active Stafford.
Previous job: Working for Princess Cruises Ltd. as a Youth Counsellor.
My Qualifications
I have 10 GCSE's, Grade C and above.
I have completed a degree in Early Childhood Studies at Staffordshire University (2:1)
