Our son Quinn has been attending Angel Academy for a while now and absolutely loves it! He is always so excited when we drop him off and loves seeing all of his friends there. Sophie and Hany make amazing meals for the kids, I wish I could stay for dinner sometimes when I smell what’s cooking!
Quinn is a very energetic little boy and Sophie and Hany provide a great balance of letting him run around and also helping him to concerntrate on tasks like painting and imaginative play.
Would recommend Angel Academy to any parents or caregivers looking for a warm loving and fun environment for their children to learn and grow in.

Isla has been with Sophie for a while now and she loves going every time. She gets to eat lots and play all day which is perfect for her as she loves to do both. Sophie and Heny provide a safe and secure environment for her and understand her needs perfectly.
I even get regular pictures of the activities Isla does and we get all of the pictures and paintings she produces. Isla also has a daily diary of what she has done.
I would recommend anyone to use their services as Isla has developed so much whilst being there. She learnt how to walk and even started speaking and for that I am eternally greatful.

Our son has been in the care of Sophie and Hany for more than 4 months now and me and my husband are extremely happy with the love and care he is receiving there. My son’s school is a bit far from Sophie’s place but still she agreed to do the school pick ups which is a great relief for us and also they understand the needs of working parents very well and we do not have to panic if we reach a few minutes late to pick him up in the evening. Our son has multiple food allergies but Sophie always takes great care to ensure that he is not exposed to any food that he is allergic to. Also Sophie does the reading homework with my son which is a great bonus for us.
Thank you so much Sophie and Hany for taking such good care of Ayaan, he is very happy in your setting and I would highly recommend you to any parent looking for a great childminder.

Thank you so so much Sophie and Hany words can't express how grateful l am for looking after Henry. You are always willing to help even when l give you short notice to care for Henry when l was admitted in hospital. I also learnt a lot from you for advice you gave to me about Henry's wellbeing whenever l ask a question or don't understand anything you take your time and explain things to me.
Finding a childminder to care for your child is a very difficult decision for every parent but when l leave Henry with you l know he is in a safe hand.
I will highly recommend you to every parent who needs childminder. I will always keep in touch as Henry and his new baby sister will come when l start work again. Thank you and continue with your good work. God richly bless you both.

My both children are enjoying being there - lots of things to do - books, toys, nice garden. Sophie and Hany are very nice and love children, their own children always polite. They provide school pick up service - always on time, good to working parents.
Would recommend!

Sophie and Hani are wonderful people they care so much for the children. They have helped out in our time of need and been so accommodating to our needs.
Our little boy has settled in so well. He is thruly loved and looked after by both of them.
All my worries and fears about leaving my child where totally catered for with regular updates and pictures and progression through the settling in period.
And it's so lovely that he is so happy to go each day and sometimes doesn't want to leave!
I couldn't ask for better, such lovely, caring and honest people. I am so glad I found you. I know my little boy is in good hands.
I would truly recommend Angels academy. Thank you Sophie and Hani for all you have done for us.

My son has been attending with Sophie and Hany for 4 months now, and my partner and I are really happy with the care he is receiving. They had great patience and understanding while he was settling in, and worked with us and his regime to make the transition to being away from home, which was daunting, very smooth.
They are both very open to discuss his daily progress and are genuinely caring about how he is doing and feeling each day. They are also able to help with suggestions and advice from their extensive experience which has been very helpful to us.
The setting is well equipped and tidy, and there is a good variety of activities daily. Our son has developed so much with making friends, and is excited to be dropped off each day. The daily updates we receive are great and give us a full picture of the progress he is making.
The food variety is fantastic, with a great selection of meals and snacks.
I would highly recommend Sophie and Hany for childcare, and our son is very happy in their setting. Thank you Sophie and Hany for caring for Evan :)

My daughter has been in the care of Sophie and Hany for just over a year now. And she has loved and enjoyed her time there.
Sophie and Hanys home is always clean and tidy. There are many activities to do even recently planting fruit and vegetables.
My daughter has lunch every day and there is a variety of home cooked meals, she always enjoys what is made, often trying and eating items she wouldn't at home.
Sophie also sends photos of what Heidi has been upto which was a big reassurance to start with now I just enjoy seeing her happy and enjoying herself. She has a lovely bond with both Sophie and Hany and still shows excitement each morning when we leave home to go to Soph sophs.
I love how my little girl has grown and developed under their care and I know she will continue to do so.

As new parents, we were really anxious about leaving our little girl in childcare for the first time. We had visited a lot of places including nurseries, but after meeting Sophie and Hany and seeing the excellent quality of care they give to each individual child and thier dedication to thier profession, we had no doubt that we had made an excellent decision. Thier setting is extremely clean and set out to provide many educational and fun activities for the children to enjoy. The meals the children have are both healthy and nutrious and our daugter loves the wide variety sophie offers.
Our daughter enjoys attending the setting everyday and always has a lovely smile on her face when she sees both Hany and Sophie. We'd like to thank Angels Academy for all the care and support they have given us including thier felxibilty, reassurance and the lovely photos they send to us of our daughter. The terms of thier contract has been explained to us from the very beginning and is transparent enabling us to plan ahead, which extremely important for my job.

This childminder said they don't care about money but only care about good childcare but every time when it comes to any subjects related to money they show aggression in person. I have listed all the money data clearly below to ensure no more babies and parents will suffer from their poor care and aggression on money.
The first time we met, She showed us her Ofsted certificate saying she registered with Ofsted from 2012, but the year shown on the certificate is 2016. We questioned her and she explained that they moved house that's why it has a different year on the certificate. She also showed us her Ofsted report. Later I found out from Ofsted that they actually only registered on 22/12/2016 and have not been inspected due to they only registering from December 2016 and there's no inspection report yet, so where do they get the inspection report from?
The misleading registration time and the false Ofsted report persuaded us to sign a Pacey contract and pay her childcare fee plus one month deposit, in total £1218 on 31/03/2017! My baby started care with her on 03/04/2017, only needs 9 days’ care in April.
She also told us that the Pacey contract costs her £30, and claimed the first contract was invalid due to the fact we crossed out her incorrect daily rate on the contract and then charged us another £30 to have it corrected on a new contract. In total we paid £60 for the Pacey contract. We found out from Pacey and other childminders later, each Pacey contract document pack only costs £8, and other childminders don't charge the Pacey contract fee at all.
After she made my baby have scratches, bruises and vomiting, and Ofsted having provided us with evidence that she lied to us, we gave her 4 weeks notice period as stated by the contract on 11/04/2017. However, she and her husband, especially her husband communicated aggressively and refused the original 4 weeks notice period which should have ended on 9/05/2017 because we had told her about our 11 weekdays' April holiday when I first contacted her at the end of March and they agreed to not charge for the holiday period so that I agreed to try them out when I first called them. I was forced to extend my notice period to another month until 26/05/2017 even though their contract does not specify the notice period days have to be paid days, and next day need to give them a signed agreement when my baby is still under their care. We don't want our baby to have any further injuries/risks under their care so we gave them a signed agreement next day on 12/04/2017. After our holiday, my baby returned to their care, but on 04/05/2017 my baby started to have diarrhoea before he had his 1 year immunisation injections, and I questioned her and she claimed that is the effect of immunisation even though the nurse confirmed the the immunisation will not cause diarrhoea or vomit. My baby later vomited in the evening too. I also found out she fed my baby raw vegetables and did not use the clean bottles (we use baby bottle steam steriliser to sterilise our bottles) which we provided her with to feed my baby, but she thinks this is absolutely fine as she said the other two children are fine and she has used boiling water to sterilise a used bottle and she never had a problem by doing so. I feel so shocked as the lactose in the milk can encourage growth of bacteria which can not be removed by boiling water.
I had to terminate her care services for my baby with an immediate effect as I cannot compromise food hygiene and safety and clean bottles for my baby. At the end she refunded us £42 as per the extended notice period they forced us to sign. In total, my baby only stay under her care for 12 days due to the poor care she provided, at a daily rate is £42, but they kept the deposit so they got £1176.
As a conclusion and impression based on all the evidence we had, they requested us actual childcare fee+ one month deposit upfront before care starts, and provided poor childcare to our baby and made our baby suffer and made us have no choice but to terminate the care with an immediate effect so that she got much more money at as an end result!!!

The negative feedback has been left as a consequence of a contractual disagreement in relation to fees owed to us by parent. Subsequent threats to report false allegations against us, if we pursued the case were not effective & both Ofsted & Pacey were made aware by us of the breakdown in our professional relationship. We can provide many references from happy parents, previous and current.
