Heather's setting provides an excellent high quality but fully flexible service and is perfect for our family.
I work shifts for the NHS and my husband works away and Heather is always willing to accomodate our childcare needs as much as possible.
My children adore Heather and have made great friends with the other children in her setting, and now that her assistant is registered the children enjoy a lower ratio of adult to child interaction.
My son has various health issues including food allergies, and Heather is able to cater for his needs without question, she has also provided emergency care for our daughter whilst my son was in hospital recently and she never fails to ask how he is (he attends during holidays only, whilst younger one attends full time)
My children enjoy a range of nutrious healthy home cooked meals and snacks and the children look forward to the school holidays as they enjoy a wide range of activites and outings.
Both myself and my husband can go to work knowing our children are in good hands, and this is what is the most important to us as a family.
