My son started with Amanda in January 2015 when he was 9 months old. He has settled in really well thanks to the caring and stimulating environment Amanda, Peter and Kerry provide. He is always happy when I collect him and regularly comes home with artwork/activities he has done. He is very clearly cared for and as a Mum returning to work, knowing he is safe and happy has made going back to work much easier.

Thank you for this review. Flynn is very happy, active, enjoys his food and is a pleasure to look after.
My son Ben has been going to Amanda Childminding sice July 2014 & loves it. He settled in quickly and now looks forward to going (even at 15 months). I'm very happy with the care & attention Amanda & Peter give Ben & love that he is in such a stimulating environment, not only through play & different activities, but also from interacting with children of different ages. I look forward to reading his daily diary & always laugh when they say he has been "very chatty". The pick-up & drop-off service is a life-saver when I have to travel for work & their flexibility is much appreciated.
I would highly recommend.

Thank you for the review. Ben is a very happy boy and we look forward to hearing him chat away to the other children. He is also a pleasure to feed as he eats everything we cook for him. The older ones should take note.
My 3 year old has been with Amanda and Peter for a year and loves it. I was looking for a more flexible alternative to nursery and it has worked out perfectly. Sophie is always doing different things and has come on a great deal in her development and I put it down to a more personal touch in a home environment rather than a big nursery.
Ruby the dog has been a valuable addition and I can't recommend them enough.

Thank you very much for the review. It is very nice to know that ones efforts are appreciated. Sophie has really developed over the last year.
Our son Maks has been with Amanda Childminding for almost 3 years. He has built a good relationship with both childminders and the children in their care. He always looks forward to going there.
Amanda and Peter are very professional with a great sense of humor :)
We are so happy to have found them and can recommend Amanda Childminding to any parent!!

Thank you for your comments. Having been caring for Maks for for almost 3 years, it has been a pleasure and to see him develop, as he has during this time has been great. We will both be very sorry to loose him when you move.
Amanda and Peter look after our 3 year old daughter Beth and our older daughter Rebecca during school holidays. Both of them absolutely love going to Amanda's and are always full of stories of what they have got up to each day. Pretty much every day the team go out and about, whether it's to the beach, the farm or a preschool group, and every night they come home with another day's creations! Our jobs mean that we have needed some flexibility in childcare and they have been more than accommodating. Peter's morning pick up run has made a huge difference to us. We couldn't have wished for a better setting for our girls to be in. Amanda and Peter manage to find a perfect balance between a really caring and relaxed space for the kids, whilst being totally organised and professional about the way everything is run. You couldn't find a better childminder, I have absolute confidence leaving my children with her and cannot recommend Amanda highly enough. We were almost glad when our house-move fell through as it means the girls can stay with her over the summer!

I love looking after the girls. They will be missed you when you do move.
Amelia has been looked after by Amanda and Peter since September. Amelia is very happy in the setting and it is nice to see her confidence growing every week. Amelia loves Peters cooking and the daily diary is a great read at the end of the day. The transport provided is excellent and very handy for my household shift work. I highly recommend Amanda and Peter.

Thank you for your comments. Amelia haas cetainly blossomed in the last few months and is a joy to look after.
Ellie has been going to Amanda and Peters before and after school for over a year now. She loves it and is always happy to be dropped off, and gets grumpy if I pick her up too early! They are always open the door with a joke or smile! Great service highly recommended. My only complaint is I didn't discover them years ago!

Well when I decided to go back to work after being a full time mum, my biggest worry was childcare. Who would take care of my daughter when I wasn't there? I thought very long and hard about different options and decided I would prefer a childminder to a nursery. Then I found Amanda and Peter. From the very moment I met them, my mind was at ease and I knew id made the right decision. My daughter went to them the very next morning and we have never looked back. She very much looks forward to going to Amanda and Peter especially during the holidays as she knows they will be going out somewhere fun, she comes home very tired from her days out, so I know she's had a good time. The pick up / drop off service that Amanda and Peter offers is an absolute god send to us and I'm very grateful for that. I would absolutely recommend Amanda and Peter to anyone considering childcare. I would also like to thank them both very much on behalf of myself and my daughter. You two are truly amazing people.

Charlie recently had his 24-30 month review with the Health Visitors, in preparation Amanda gave me his learning journal along with his activity books and all the development records that she keeps to assist the Health Visitor in their review.
To say the Health visitor was blown away would be an understatement :) we had the usual chat and I handed over his learning journal and her response was 'Wow! this is great, what a fantastic record of his development and they do so much' She had never seen such a concise and helpful record :)
Needless to say they were more than happy with Charlie's development and definitely impressed with Amanda & Peter and all the activities and time and effort they put in to ensure Charlie has a great time and meets his development milestones.
Thank you once again, I've always known you were amazing but it was lovely to hear a Health Visitor appreciate your work also.

Thank you for the review Donna. I am glad that his daily diary and learning journal provided the help you needed for Charlie's review.
My son Valentino has been going to Amanda's since last September. My son & I were anxious about spending time away from home but we had no need to worry because we felt at ease with Amanda & Peter's kind and warm hospitality.
He came back really happy. Amanda & Peter made my son feel at home. He always enjoyed going there. I will always appreciate the lovely home cooked food that they made for him and how well they treated him.
Thank you very much for giving my son Valentino happy memories
I definitely would recommend Amanda's child care service.xxx :)
