About Me
I am 32 years old and live at home with my partner Lee and 1 year old daughter Ellie. I love working with children and watching them develop throughout such important years. I enjoy being outside and have a small vegetable patch, 2 chickens and a family dog, Spuddy. I previously worked for Warwickshire Police as a Community Officer. After nearly 10 years in the force, I had my daughter and a new challenge prevailed!
My Experience
Throughout my previous employment, I have completed numerous courses and worked closely with children of all ages both in and out of schools. I have undertaken all the relevant courses to become fully qualified which includes being fully paediatric first aid trained and CRB checked and OFSTED registered. i have had my first inspection and been awarded a 'Good' grade.
My Qualifications
I have a number of qualifications which include GCSE's and A-Levels. The most recent qualifications are my 2 Modern Apprenticeships in Business Administration and Customer Services. I have just completed CYPOP 5 level 3 which is a course required for all child carers. During my time at Warwickshire Police I completed courses on Safeguarding Children and CAF (common assesment framework).
