Louise used to look after both my son and daughter a few years ago. They were always so excited when they knew it was their days to go and see Louise. She has a very friendly approach and was so helpful in settling in my son who suffered with separation anxiety. Louise always managed to make me feel involved in their care even though I worked full time. One thing I am ever grateful for is that she raised concerns over our daughters eye sight, something that we had not noticed. It turns out she needed glasses and had been struggling with her vision. If it wasn't for Louise this may have not been picked up for another 2 years when Lily would have her checks in school. I would recommend Louise to anyone looking for a local childminder.
