Hi my name is Victoria, I live in Mortlake SW14 and have done for the last 19 years now. I am friendly, hardworking, reliable, and enthusiastic person who combines an enthusiastic and cheerful approach to any work place.
A caring, supportive person who is commited to the welfare, safeguarding of children. With a proven ability to encourage children to achieve their full potential by stimulating their enthusiasm for learning and their determination to succeed, I am a firm believer in the Steiner methodology(Learning through play & explore).
When working within New borns and babies find the establishment of routines absolutely essential to the formation of a happy and Calm baby.
I am very practical, fun, great with arts and crafts, patient and love to read stories.
I'm a confident communicator with a friendly and positive attitude that understands the importance of forming positive relationships and providing children with enabling environments.
I am very commited to help children acquiring independence through the formation of safe and secure relationships.
I have had alot of hands on experience and I am also a mother of two beautiful girls.

My Experience
2007 (Kew Giggles)
Worked as a childminding assistant in a
home settings. Looking after 6 children
ages 6weeks to 5years of age.
Duties: cleaning cooking nappy changing
EYFS observations, playing,Books and
Parks.
2009 Nannying -
Two beautiful children ages 4 weeks
and 4 years old
Duties- All round play learning painting having
fun.park visits,cooking cleaning ironing
School pick up and drop off. Bath and
Bedtimes.
2018- present
I have currently been with a family for over 2 years . For a little boy of 3, 2 days a week. So I am looking for 2/3 full days a week but it would have to be after I drop my girls to school at 8:20 am @ Thomson House.( also a possibility of putting my girls in breakfast club 7:30am)
My Qualifications
I have no qualifications.but loads of hands on experience.

Victoria has looked after my daughter on an ad hoc basis throughout 2016. From the start she has been great with her, I was worried about Iris settling in but I didn't need to, Victoria and her 2 girls were great, very warm and welcoming and I didn't have any settling in problems even when there is long period of time between visits. Victoria does lots of fun activities and provides balanced meals too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
