Kay has been so brilliant for my son, she is kind, caring and patient but also firm when needed which are all qualities that have helped my son feel nurtured and safe. One of the many things that we love about Kay's setting is that they go on regular outings and trips to all sorts of places and always have opportunities for outdoor play. This was really important for us having come from a nursery setting where he had barely any time outside and has allowed my child to grow in confidence and enhance his life experiences.

My son is developing into a confident and capable little boy through Kay's care as he is encouraged to do many independent tasks suitable for his age which has added to his sense of self belief and determination to succeed at tasks.

Kay gives us daily updates with photos for us to keep about what adventures they have had that day and one of Kay's strengths is that she really notices little and subtle achievements and changes in my child which is so lovely and she uses these to help support further developments.

Kay has also been a great source of advice on general care and parenting issues about which I have consulted her. I know that whenever I need some help, support or advice, I can ask freely and Kay will give me time to have a good chat. I know Kay is highly experienced, qualified and professional and so I feel totally at ease that my child is in the best hands.

I highly recommend Kay as a childminder and love the individual attention my child gets as she really supports the child as an individual.
