My son started with Lianne full-time when he was eight months old when I went back to work. Alistair has now been with her for over a year and I am not exaggerating when I say that we have landed on our feet with her. There is only so much I can say here without sounding too gushy but she is, among other wonderful things, humorous, down-to-earth, loving, practical, supportive and my son absolutely adores her.

The day-to-day activities she has laid out for the kids has enhanced Alistair's language and general learning development. As my first child, I have no real comparisons so Lianne being so experienced and knowledgeable means that we are kept up-to-date with Alistair's key stages of development. He eats, sleeps and behaves well with Lianne (which is more than can be said for when he is at home!).

Lianne has really welcomed us all into her life yet we don't feel pressured or hassled to be anything more than what we are - first time parents doing our best.

To summarise, I'm not sure how I would have coped going back to work without Lianne. Alistair has never looked back!
