Disappointed

Bella comes across very well and capable. Had we got the chance to receive her services, I probably will be writing a very different review

We arranged an in interview for which she was almost 2 hours late. She said she was stuck on M25 but forgot to send me a message.

Then I had to chase her for references that she promised but they never came.
Finally I got to speak with her and we agreed a start date and time subject to her bringing the references on the day.
She never turned up, no message no explanation. I even prepared and sent a contract by email

I beleive reliability openness and communication is quite important in thr kind of job. Perhaps she changed her mind or had other commitments that prevented he from starting but the least that she could have done is let me know in advance
