I have been using Mel & Lee for the past year to look after my son while im at work. He settled in instantly with them both, they are very friendly and welcoming, always stop for a chat and and to update me on my sons day. He loves the play room they have specifically for the kids. they are very often taking them all out on trips, soft play when its cold, farms, beaches and parks in warmer weather. Mel & Lee always go above and beyond to help me out when i need them. Thank you both so much! xxx

My children have always enjoyed their experience with Mel, the whole family was very welcoming from day 1 and it took a weight off my shoulders knowing my children would be collected from school and looked after well in their care.
Always accommodating if plans change, flexible for collection time and always willing to drop the children home if necessary. Lovely set up, lovely people and the children really do feel part of a family alongside Mel's other clients. Thank you Mel, to both you and your family.x

Melanie and lee are very professional childminders, they have look after my little girl for many years, and she has now moved to full time school, we still use their services in holiday periods, i would recommend them to anyone.i have always had complete piece of mind as they treat all children in their care as their own. THANK YOU.

Mel has been a complete life saver to us in dropping our little girl to school every morning.
Anyone who works full time will appreciate how stressful mornings can be!
Our daughter was always happy to go to Mel's house in the mornings and I was able to drive to work knowing our daughter was being looked after well whilst having fun.
My daughter has recently moved to a new school and the only real thing she is missing is going to Mel's in the mornings!
Even though we no longer need her service I will always consider her for INSET days and other holidays.
We thoroughly recommend Mel. We think she's fab!

Mel picks up my 3 year old from school and drops off to crèche. Mel is always on time, very reliable, organised and flexible. My son took to Mel quickly and is happy in her care, if only for a short time at the moment. Mel is easily contactable, which is important, as I do tend to be a bit of a worrier.
I met Mel by chance in the local park and we got chatting. I mentioned I was unable to get my child to school and continue working due to the awkward timings and Mel said she would be able to help. Mel was so nice and friendly and I saw how she was with the two children in her care on the day, that I got in touch. I am very grateful to have Mel helping me out, as it means I am able to stay in the job I am in.

Mel began to be our childminder in September 2011. Firstly, she looked after our older son, after school. We were so pleased with Mel caring approach to all the children she look after, that even before our younger son was born, we asked Mel if she could look after him when I go back to work. That made returning to work much more comfortable, since I knew that I'm leaving my baby with somebody I can trust.
Our boys enjoy going to Mel and love all the various activities she provides. There is always something on the agenda, picnic in the park, trip to soft play or library, etc.
Most of all we love Mel because she treats our children as a part of her family and we know that our boys are in good and professional hands. We hope that she will care for our boys for a few more years.

We cannot recommend Mel highly enough. Our daughter was in Mel's care for aprox two years.
Mel was reliable, caring and treated our daughter like part of the family.
I loved the fact that our daughter was always so active in Mel's care, Soft play, parks, and the library were frequent trips.
Our Daughter was so sorry to leave Mel to start school.
I would always recommend Mel to friends and family. I trust her care and judgement. A lovely childminder and lovely lady.

I have been using mel and lee for almost three years , they are great my 3 and a half year old son ieuan loves going to mels house to play , and also enjoys there many outings and activities . They are very helpful and flexible to help you out whenever they can .they are highly recommended and ieuan and myself will miss them when he starts full time school in September

Melanie has been our childminder for over 6 years and looks after our daughter before and after school. Mel provides a happy, safe environment in which the children can play, relax, and interact with other children. A home from home atmosphere we wanted from the start. The best measure by far of the wonderful service Mel provides, is that our daughter is so happy being with Mel and her family, which is the most important aspect for us as parents. I would recommend Mel to anyone.
