Hello everyone, my name is Racheal. I am 36 and have been working with children for the last 12 years. I am currently working as an Early Years Teacher and have been settled in my school for four years, and am very happy. After graduating from Kingston University for my Teaching and Learning in Early Years Honours Degree, I continued my studies and gained Early Years Teacher Status. I have Years of experience and have enjoyed every minute of it. I have designed an Educational and philosophical approach to learning in the Early Years and have driven my approach throughout my school, and it works like a dream. I am very Reggio Emilla inspired and feel that children need to have experiences that offer them chances to explore themselves and their world. I like to offer learning experiences that will challenge them, and provide them with opportunities for self-led and open-ended learning. I love the outdoors and have a keen interest in wildlife and exploring everything. I am sometimes available during half-term and after school time for babysitting and general help.
