Hayley our lovely nanny

Hayley is a young hard working determined lady. She replied to my desperate messages on Childcare.co.uk website at 12 am after my previous nanny decided to quit on a Sunday night, without any notice. She came for an interview the next morning and started the job the day after.
She is an educated and qualified and she is also finishing a university degree in child psychology, which is relevant to her as a nanny.
I was preparing for a house move when she started the job, and I needed someone to stay with my children while I could pack or even do my regular shopping or GP appointments. She was ready to help any time whether it was early or late in the day or even on weekends
Hayley was very patient with my 4 year old and 19 month old twin boys. She got used to their routine in no time and the boys loved her. She was responsible for the children from A to Z when she is at my house, be it a nappy change, dressing up, feeding them and even toilet training. She would play with my 3 boys or watch TV together and when the twins go for a nap, she would do some activities with my 4 year old. When she was free she even helped tidy the kitchen and the living area. Hayley comes across very friendly, she was a good listener when I was stressed and worried about my children. If I was to stay in Birmingham, I would have never looked for anyone else. She is one family oriented responsible lady and I am sure one day she is going to be a brilliant mum. I wish her all the best in her career and personal life.
