Marie has looked after my dayghter for about 15 months now and every aspect of her care has been outstanding.
The activities that the children do each day help to stimulate them and my daughter Has come on leaps and bounds. She is a really confident little lady and has developed so much since attending Marie's. My daughter loves going to Marie's and has got to know the whole family.
All of the kids are happy and smiling, and from a mum perspective I go to work and don't have to worry about anything!
I find Marie really flexible and she has been happy to accommodate any day changes that I've had to make. I've had to do later pick ups andn earlier drop offs and it's never an issue! I can talk to Marie about any aspect of Ella's life and wellbeing and it's never a problem.
I have recommended Marie to my friends, and anyone who does send their children to Marie's is making a great decision. I've tried nurseries and other childminders and there is no comparison.

absolutely shocked, numb & disgusted. we were going ahead with my son starting with Marie, I took my son out of nursery as it was a definite go ahead.. I have recieved a message today telling me my son cannot start with her now as another parent has extended their days! we were about to do settling in sessions etc & now I'm stuck. I have no childcare! I cannot believe this lady has done this to us! she texts me a week before and now I don't know what to do.. she should be ashamed at what she has done to us!

I would like to apologise again for not being able to complete contracts or take a deposit for your child to attend my setting from June for one morning each week.
It was unforeseeable to me that at the time of your viewing that an existing parent would ask to increase their child's hours due to work commitments.
As you were not due to visit me until the 12th May to secure a place I did not expect you to remove your child from nursery without giving them the four weeks notice that you discussed at your viewing.
I am truly sorry and completely understand your disappointment but I felt my duty of care was to my existing family.
I did discuss with you at your viewing that to secure a place for your child I would need two full weeks fees and that all contracts must be signed by both parent and carers, neither of which have been done by yourself.
In response to your review and the misunderstanding that you had a guaranteed place I will now reconsider how I inform parents that their place is not guaranteed until contracts are signed and deposit are paid.
I apologise again for your disappointment and upset and do wish you well in finding suitable childcare.

Marie has looked after my daughter for a year and half now.
She provides a safe stimulating environment that encourages my daughters development. I always feel she is in safe hands when I leave her, I can't recommend her highly enough.
As well as being fantastic with my daughter Marie always tries to accommodate any changes I need to make and is always available to listen to any problems and offer advice.
I am very grateful to Marie for the outstanding care she provided for my daughter

My daughter has been with Marie for a year and a half and absolutely loves it. We know that she is well looked after in a safe and loving environment, and is learning all the time.
