For over four years Nikki looked after our daughter 5 days a week and made a really positive impression on all of us.
She's an excellent child-carer and will make a wonderful nanny, creating a fun and safe environment for children of all ages. She creates fresh, healthy meals and often took our daughter on fun days out.
Nikki helped us through many of the difficult moments of the early years and supported and advised us through weening and potty training, as well as always being there to provide excellent advice.
Our daughter loved going to Nikki's and still speaks fondly of her. Nikki also prepared our daughter well for when she started school by creating a fun, natural, and well structured learning environment.
Me and my wife would recommend her very highly. You won't find better.

My boys and I were very fortunate to have Nikki as our childminder for 5 years and only reluctantly changed when Nikki decided to cut down her work and become a nanny.
Life with Nikki was busy and joyfully, the boys always came home full of news from their day’s activities and especially of the delicious food, quite incredible for my fussy two!
I’m so glad I had someone who I could happily leave my boys with knowing they were so well looked after and cared for.
Nikki helped me through the dreaded potty training and supported me through lots of different and difficult elements of child rearing, a mine of information and experience.
She was there for me when my Dad died and I had no one to look after my kids when I had to rush to hospital.
Every occasion through out the year was celebrated from Christmas to the Chinese New Year and everyone’s birthday was always made so special.
Fantastic trips and days out were frequent and fun, there was never a moment of boredom!
Nikki is truly an amazing, wonderful, caring incredible lady, by choosing her you will be giving your children the best possible care!

My husband and I are extremely happy and grateful that we found Nikki to care for our twin daughters. The entire experience with Nikki has been just fantastic for the whole family!
Our girls were about 15 months when they first started at Nikki's, until then they had only been around family and friends and needed longer time to settle in than normal. Nikki and Lisa(Nikki's assistant) very kindly invested a lot of time, energy and effort in every which way to get them settled in. We could clearly tell that she is very passionate about children and does not treat it as just a occupation.
Nikki's is always well organized and her house is immaculate, she has a large garden and she uses almost the entire floor for child care unlike many others that we met who use a single room. Nikki provides generous portions of healthy, home cooked, balanced diet and she kindly catered to our vegetarian request of food. Nikki and Lisa are very caring people and I could tell that it had become a home away from home for my precious girls. The duo always remembered every little detail of the girls', likes-dislikes, behaviours, preferences, habits and everything. I was so moved when they remembered which one of our identical twins like the blueberries and which one likes strawberries and so many of such little things! ?
My husband and I are very happy with the vast number of outings Nikki takes the children on, farms, softplay areas, movies, parks, playgrounds, beaches, aquariums, libraries, play groups and the list goes on.. The children are always learning new things, baking, making new things and are having a lovely time! My daughters' morning blues would magically disappear as soon as we were at Nikki's door step and I know of a child who's mum literally had to carry him out of Nikki's almost every day since he would be unwilling to leave. Not to mention the lovely photos of the children on drop box of their entire day’s activities.
Personally I think it's great that Nikki's setting best of both worlds, i.e. a Nursery and Childminder. Also that the kids get to learn a lot from the older children. It is a great place to gain family values, social etiquettes, discipline, life skills.
Nikki, we would be lucky to find a setting again which is as good as yours! A Big THANK YOU from me and my family for all that you have done for us!
Unfortunately we moved to Orpington and had to lose Nikki or we would have loved to have our girls in her care for as long as the girls need it.
Keep up the good work Nikki! The parents need people like you :)

Nikki has looked after my son from when he was just 1 year old (he's 2.5 years now) when I went back to work full time. I couldn't have asked for a better person to care for my son. He absolutely loves Nikki and you could tell he enjoyed going there every day. We rarely had tears, which for a new Mum returning to work makes things a lot easier. Nikki's house is lovely and she has LOADS of toys for all ages both inside and out. Nikki bakes, paints, grows plants, makes things, takes the kids out to the park, playgroups, museums, nature walks etc etc, which all the kids love. I would HIGHLY recommend Nikki and truly believe that she has helped greatly in my son's personal and social development. We love her!! :-)

My daughter started with Nikki when she was 9 months old, I was anxious going back to work but Nikki was great, she supported me as well as settling in my daughter who never once cried at drop off! Our daughter is now 3 and I can honestly say we love Nikki as does our daughter, as the other reviewer said she goes the extra mile all the time. We get photos during the day so we can see what our daughter has been doing, they've had mini Olympics, trips out, biscuits and cakes get sent home, Christmas parties with Father Christmas! Birthday parties, just so many different activities. The daily diary tells us more about their day and gives us chance to write back and communicate anything else. I've recommended Nikki to all my friends with babies as I know they would be as happy as we have been. Nikki's is a family setting with all of her family around and involved which is just what we were looking for. We're only parting ways as we're moving far away. If you're looking for a childminder you can't do any better than Nikki, fact!
