Natasa started with us as nanny on February 1, 2021, when our daughter was 9 months old, working 4 hours every weekday, plus occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
Her calm, yet warm professionalism could not have entered our lives at a better time. With our daughter born during the first Covid-19 lockdown in the UK and our families abroad, we spent most of those first 9 months struggling on our own, as first-time parents without much of any other support structures (creches were fully booked, access to health visitors or anyone else was limited). Having someone in your house as a nanny also made it further challenging in terms of getting the right person, given they spend time not just with your child, but also with you (both of us were working from home most of this period).
From our very first chat with Natasa online a month or two before her start, it was clear she was the nanny for us. Not only did she come highly recommended, but she immediately made us – and our daughter – feel comfortable. She was infinitely patient with our daughter, making her laugh, supporting her first steps, introducing new toys, songs, foods, and words, and simply being there. We knew our daughter was safe, with Natasa remaining unflappable and supportive as she explored new activities and tried new things. Our daughter thrived with time, developing a clear bond (she would get excited every morning when Natasa arrived). As we went through the different stages, from teething and sleep disturbances to getting off bottle and weaning, she stood in our corner by offering thoughtful advice. She helped us figure out shoe sizes, suggested snacks, ensured food variety, offered her kids’ hats when winter came, and went above and beyond the call of duty in so many ways, which we so appreciated. In short, she was more than just a paid professional (though we ensured we treated her as such) – she genuinely became a part of our family.
We have equal appreciation for her as an employee. She was punctual, tidy, and flexible. All our requests were met immediately. Her requests for days off came with plenty of notice. We cannot recommend her enough!

Natasa is outstanding. If you’re looking for a nanny, Natasa is a star.
She looked after our son from 6 months-1 year old while we were working in back in the UK from July 2020-Jan 2021. She worked 0830-1730 Tues-Fri, and was always very flexible if we needed to move days for work or other reasons.
Natasa was excellent with Max. He would light up every morning when she arrived. Her manner with him was outstanding. She took a keen interest in his development, and worked on tummy time, crawling and standing. She always shared her ideas with us. She adapted quickly to our vegetarian diet, creating imaginative meals for Max to help with his weaning. She even helped us strategize Max’s packing for our next move from the UK winter to the Brazilian summer.
Natasa comes VERY highly recommended.

We absolutely love Natasa (and her daughter)! Natasa nannied for us from April 17 through June 17 -- and we would have kept her on for years, if we did not move back to America. She is a complete star. Our son was 13 to 16 months during this time.
Natasa was very caring and loving towards our son. He warmed up to her in hardly any time, while he can be quite shy around other people (and he is missing her dearly at the moment) and was going through a period of separation anxiety. I admire how she is always so calm and gentle, but also firm when needed.
Since I work from home and we were also packing for a move, it was very important for us to have a nanny who could take charge when a parent was around sometimes, rather than sit back and wait for instruction or just let the parent take over. We previously had two nannies who struggled with finding this balance --- and Natasa did so effortlessly. She was able to distract our son when I needed to leave a room, and also, very appropriately and intuitively knew when it was a good time to play outside or in a different part of the house. Being at home often, I was privy to hearing/seeing bits of the day unfold. Natasa was always engaged with our son -- chatting, imaginatively playing, teaching him new things, reading to him, helping him crawl and walk, but also let him play independently when he seemed keen to do so. She was very encouraging of his physical development.
Natasa quickly learned our son's ever changing schedule -- she is quite observant and is able to see fairly quickly what works and what doesn't. She has great communication skills - always asking how his morning went, when he would need a nap, what to eat, how much he ate, how long he slept, how often he was changed, whether there were any bumps and bruises during the day (from learning to walk, crawling, and general clambering about). She also provided notice far in advance of time that she needed off.
She generally worked from 10 to 5:30 for us -- sometimes just the afternoon, but usually the longer day. She was always punctual and flexible, willing to stay later than 5:30, if needed and on short notice. She is fantastic in the kitchen -- willing and able to help with food prep, cleaning, and offering a variety of snacks. Sometimes, I left her without a set food plan (just food options in the fridge) and our son was always happy and fed.
Her nearly 3 year old daughter also joined her. I was a bit unsure about this arrangement -- until the first day. It was great for our son to have another little person to be social with -- watch play and learn from. Natasa effortlessly managed both children and having her lovely daughter along only benefited my son.
I could write about how wonderful Natasa is, as both a nanny and a person, for hours. We are really sad to leave her behind as she became a part of our family and we very much would have loved for her to stay with our boy for years to come. I always felt very comfortable leaving or her leaving with our son to go out for a walk or to the park. She was one of the first to do this as all of our family lived an ocean away, and it was quite easy as I felt that she was an extension of myself. She also always shared anything that she found worked great with our son -- like dabbing his face clean after eating, instead of wiping. We learned a lot from her! Her next family will be a very lucky one!

Natasa looked after our daughter, Martha, for 7 months from May 2016 to November 2016. Martha was 10 months old when Natasa first started looking after her.
Natasa worked 3 days a week for us, starting at 8am until 6pm. She was always prompt in the mornings and was happy to stay on beyond 6pm if we needed to ask, even at short notice.
Natasa has a very warm, friendly and calm approach to childcare. We felt that Natasa immediately understood how we wanted Martha to be looked after and she didn’t question any part of this but embraced what we were asking of her quickly and seamlessly. She would also make sensible suggestions about what Martha might want or might respond well to and she would always give feedback on how Martha had been each day, going into greater detail when something out of the ordinary had happened. Her manner with Martha was always gentle and caring, but firm when she needed to be. She was imaginative with games and toys always making sure Martha was getting an interactive experience with a level of learning weaved in as well. Natasa talks to the children a lot which I passionately believe helps with development of a child’s language so that was something we were pleased to see.
Natasa also brought her daughter to our house whilst looking after Martha. This worked out well providing a more social nature to the day for Martha.
Natasa cooked lunch and dinner for Martha and was very good at making balanced and varied meals. She was happy to do ‘nursery duties’ such as putting away Martha’s clean clothes and tidying the toys in Martha’s room and around the house. The house was always left tidy after Natasa had finished for the day.
Natasa was always very professional in her dealings with us as her employers. We have become friends with Natasa and her famly aside from our working relationship and Natasa has obviously made a lasting impression on Martha who still says her name and gets excited when she sees her.
I would not hesitate to recommend Natasa as a Nanny, she was excellent.

Natasa looked after our baby, Leo, from aged 6-10 months between 16-25 hours a week when I went back to work to do a 4 month contract. She also brought her daughter Emma, then 18 months, along with her.
Natasa was great. She's extremely reliable, punctual, flexible, good with babies and the three of them went on fun expeditions to do organised activities together. We felt completely confident in leaving Leo with her and he looked forward to her & Emma coming to play - he really benefited from having Emma along too. Initially we were uncertain about having a nanny with another child, but it was excellent and I would now always look for a nanny bringing her/his child along too. Natasa also gave us useful tips on how to manage certain aspects of baby care. As she was often only doing 4 hours a day, with my husband doing the rest, I mostly did Baby Leo's food myself so I can't comment on her food prep but in her references other employers spoke very highly of her ability to make great healthy food for kids.
We always planned to have Natasa only for a few months as my contract was short-term, but we still bump into Natasa & Emma occasionally and Leo's always really happy to see them.

Natasa had been looking after our little girl from age of 5 months till about 15 months. She is an excellent nanny, our little girl bonded to her immediately. She is responsible and reliable, we feel that our little girl was in safe hands. Thanks to her, our little one was weaned on nutritious food. We would definitely recommend her to any family looking for an experienced nanny.

Natasa has looked after my pre-school son for over a year and I have found her a wonderful nanny. She is responsible, enthusiastic, kind and friendly. She is keen to do things that will interest and entertain him and he is very fond of her. I thoroughly recommend her!
