excellent, recommended

I have four children ,two girls two boys. aged 14,11,10,8. My children are on the spectrum, adhd,autism. I have never left none my children with anyone before. I find it hard to trust people an very protective. I needed a break a night off after all the years an no me time .. I was looking for some one with experience with children ,understanding and some one I could feel comfortable leaving my children with. May 2022 I came across charmain. she came met the children and it went very well. charmain was well mannered and polite bubbly and professional. she very confident an knows what she doing .I booked in and we started. every other Saturday overnight. my children we're very happy ,once I came home on the Sundays I was very impressed all four of yhe childrens home works had been done an the children enjoyed baking cakes.[ charmain makes a yummy cake ]. My home was just how I left it ,always clean on my return charmain made sure the children kept there bedrooms tidy an had there baths. charmain followed any rules I set out with no problems. i enjoy my nights off without worrying about the children as i know there safe with charmain. the comuincation is great if i message asking anything i always get a reply. charmain has become a big part of our family house hold. I would recommend charmain definitely.

Opportunistic and Irresponsible!

Charmaine is very opportunistic. She constantly looks for higher pay, which I can understand but at least do it with a bit of responsibility and honesty. Instead, she would invent bizarre excuses for not turning up at last minute. You will be fine if you pay her top rate but for how long? The moment she finds someone else paying better rate, she just couldn't care less about your child. Quite a despicable woman really! The thing is you can't really tell at first. She was really bubbly and chatty at trial lesson.

Good tutor

My boy is autistic. In the beginning he was not settled with her. Later she make good relationship with my boy . My boy was very happy with her when she came she try with different resources to make him learn . He learnt how to write number , phonics sound , his name . Now more concentrate and listing. My boy improved a lot .

Excellent work Charmaine

Charmaine has been an amazing tutor for our 4 year old son. Within a month we have seen great progress as he is now able to write his name, write number 1 to 5 and counting to 20 amoungst other things. Her sessions are never boring for him as they do a lot of activities and she is very engaging. I recommend her as a tutor and she creates a very good impression from the word go. My son wanted to leave with her on the first day lol.

Brilliant tutor

Charmaine has been working with my 5 year old boy since last 8 months and his attitude towards studies has changed now. I was struggling to make him write the alphabets and now he can write sentences properly. His phonics in particular is exceptional now and he can read books well above his age level. Writing, maths and English all areas I have seen him improve so much. I highly recommend Charmaine to any parent looking for a professional and honest tutor.

Very bad experience

First I read about her profile I was sure she is the best one for my son, came to my house to asses my son and charge me 35£ for doing nothing with my son. Very unprofessional and all the things I read on her profile was lie for me I don’t trust this website. She called me on me number and called my son too risky which is very bad and unprofessional I am very unhappy and disappointed at the same time as my time and money wasted please don’t trust her not worth it

I'm sorry for the lack of professionalism, after the first day she raised the rate to 25 per hour. even though she knew the distance. I paid 20 for the first day, unnecessarily. My friend, I raised the hourly rate so much after we agreed everything. Im realy sorry

I emailed Marta and explained that it is safe for me to come to the house and show both parents my certificates and spend time with their child who is under 2 years ild. Even with both parents present the baby cried most of the hour. I left and they were both pleased with me they asked me to come back. However I did tell them my price. So I don't feel bad as I always say to prospective clients to be careful who comes into your home without getting to know them first.
Sorry Marta if your not happy. I am a qualified mature lady who would not give any person false prices.

Best tutor

It was very difficult for my wife and parents-in-law to make my son to sit and read etc. As a professional, she was able to mould my son and he seems to be much better. Unfortunately, we had to say thank you to Charmaine as he has moved to a different continent. We would have continued using her services provided my son would have remained in the UK.
She's helped him with listening , reading, writing, story telling etc,
I only hope we will be able to get somebody with her caliber. Thank you Charmaine for the all efforts.

Great tutor

My daughter is working with Chairmain since few months. She jumped up on reading by two levels during that time. Chairmain teaches maths, writing, reading year 1. Chairmain is very organized. Keen to understand the schools requirements, gives feedback to areas we can work more, recommends sources we can buy for more improvement areas. You can always trust her, she sets the expectations right & ensures the child understands well.

Highly professional special needs carer

We have an 8 year old non-verbal autistic child. Charmaine has been looking after him on every Saturday since July 2017. She is a reliable, loving and hardworking special needs nanny. She has a very good understanding of various special needs of our child and she is warm and responsive to our child. Sh has always brought a professional and organized approach and our child likes her very much. I would highly recommend her as a special needs nanny.
