Eileen started with my baby when he was 6 weeks and OMG she is a life saver
I had really hard time leaving my LO to anyone but she was wonderful , very calm and professional and totally understands how stressed I was at the beginning but she managed to get my trust very fast
I would leave adam to her for 5-6 hrs and I know she is perfectly capable of looking after him
She is always keen to provide new ways to entertain him and develop his skills and he definitely loves her
She is also very flexible which is exactly what I wanted
Personally I enjoyed working with eileen

Eileen was so easy to speak with from the first message.
She helped me with my newborn after my husband went back to work.
She came in the mornings and stayed anywhere between 2-4 hours and helped with anything from showing me how to put my daughter to sleep and establish a pattern to chopping vegetables and preparing dinner.
Sometimes I had my mum help and she was relaxed about me cancelling and likewise there were days when I suddenly needed her or I’d had a terrible night as she could come earlier or leave later. She was never put out with last minute changes and took them in her stride and gave me confidence in knowing that life with a newborns is unpredictable.
The best thing about Eileen is she is a very pleasant person to be around and she is interested in you and your baby and the world in general.
She has clearly lived an interesting and varied life and brings zest and enthusiasm into your home.
More than the help she gave me and the advice and knowledge she imparted for the upcoming months I was just relieved to have her around in the first few weeks when you are feeling very vulnerable and inexperienced.

Eileen was simply wonderful!
She looked after my then 7month old son twice a week for three hours at a time. She always had new ideas of entertaining him and stimulating his senses.
She also helped us along in the weaning process.
She also gave me very valuable tips and introduced him to a lot of nee sensations.
The communication with Eileen was very straightforward.
The time was almost too short with her but when we need help again then we will contact her again for sure.
We can not recommend her highly enough 😊

Eileen was the first person we've left our 3 and 1 year old with (other than family), and she made it a totally stress free experience, they both loved her. (So did all the neighbouring kids out playing in the sun!) She seems like nothing would faze her. Eileen has been super efficient and communicative, and we hope she will come again. I would recommend her to all my friends but then she'd never be free for us anymore! Thanks

Just to say that Eileen is a wonderful nanny and very personable and caring person. Eileen has looked after my newborn from 3 weeks, my partner's 3 year old and home schooled my 7 yr old daughter. All in the crazy year of Covid and various versions of lockdown. She is reliable and really hard working, imaginative and never stops thinking about how best to help the children. Couldn't have got through this year without her. Im so sorry to be losing her but know that whoever she ends up with next, she will be a great addition to their household.

As a stay-at-home mum, I didn’t send my son (now 5) to nursery, but once his sister was 1.5 (she is now 2.5) I felt like a bit of time to pursue my own endeavours would be much appreciated. Since I had always been so in control of my kids’ schedules and safety I wasn’t even sure if there existed a person who I would feel comfortable with... that is, until I met Eileen.
She is everything and more than I could have hoped for in a nanny. She was never, ever late and a great communicator. She was totally respectful of our family schedules and didn’t push me too far out of my comfort zone... but just enough to allow both my daughter and I to grow.
Eileen would show up with super fun things for her to do, like precooked spaghetti or a big container of jelly with random objects hidden in it. She would sing, read, allow my daughter to just be herself and grow and get messy and love every moment. Eileen even dropped off activities and games on our doorstep during the lockdown, with FaceTime sessions in Gruffalo costumes (oh yes) to entertain both kids.
She was also incredible with my son, and even went the extra mile to take care of my crippled dog; there are not many people I would trust to do this.
We are super sad to have to say goodbye to seeing Eileen regularly, but it’s time for my daughter to make the leap into nursery. Eileen has been instrumental in getting her to this stage. She is ready, and so am I, thanks to Eileen’s wonderful care.

Eileen is incredible! I am a first time mum and my husband works long hours. Eileen started looking after my son when he was 12 weeks old. He’s now 5 months old and loves his time with Eileen. She takes him for a few hours a couple of times a week and in that time, I know he is 100% safe and happy. Eileen is constantly coming up with new and exciting ways to entertain him, keeps me completely up to date about what they’ve done and is entirely reliable. One of the best things about Eileen is that she is very flexible and never makes you feel disorganised or embarrassed if you have to change plans or forget something (this happens to me quite a lot!) I would recommend Eileen to anyone in need of a break from childcare! It’s also worth noting that my son has really developed since Eileen began working with us. He was premature and still very small when Eileen started to care for him. She gave me the confidence to try new things out with him and offers non-pushy guidance freely which I find invaluable.

When I was looking for someone to look after my toddler a few mornings a week a friend referred me to Eileen ... and we haven’t looked back. My daughter adores her. We have just moved out of London and miss Eileen so much. She is trustworthy, super organised (far better than me!), and a kind soul, she is an absolute natural with children and babies.
We loved her strong focus on good behaviour and teaching and were amazed at what she managed to do with our 2 year old who was always thrilled with all the organised activities and outings. She even turned up with a back pack full of awesome bits and pieces when we had a toddler sick at home and in need of some stay at home entertainment.
We really appreciated her flexibility and all the help and advice she offered.
She because a fabulous extension to our family and would thoroughly recommend her.

Eileen has been the most fantastic nanny for my daughter Noelle since she was about 9 months (now 14 months). We are sad to have to give her up now as we are moving.
She is very professional, flexible and always on time. Noelle was always happy when I told her Eileen was coming and they would play on the floor, do arts and crafts or go out to play groups or playgrounds. She does lots of singing and makes creative home-made games based on Noelle's interests and capabilities.
Eileen keeps up to date with current research and obtained information specific to issues we experienced with Noelle such as weaning and sleep training. She also provided great support and practical help with these issues in a calm and reassuring way.
She has been a huge help to us, Noelle loves her and so do I. I highly recommend Eileen!

Eileen looked after our adopted son (8 years old) for just under a year. First for foremost, our son thoroughly enjoyed his time with Eileen - he was safe, happy, clean and cared for outstandingly - and further Eileen was 100% reliable and always flexible/accommodating. Eileen’s responsibilities included school runs, homework and general child minding (dinner time, bath time etc.) three evenings per week. In addition Eileen often had our son for full days during parts of the school holidays and inset days.
Eileen really showed an interest in our son, and our family, and took every opportunity to support him and help him to grow academically and emotionally. Eileen arranged play dates with children in her wider family/network for him; would buy books and board games to broaden his interests; planned trips where he could have fun, play with others and learn; and worked very hard to bring his homework to life.
Eileen also supported us as a family, supporting our approach to parenting and championing our shared values.
Eileen is extremely capable, diligent, hard working, honest, caring and has great values. A change in our employment was the only reason that we parted ways. We would happily and confidently recommend Eileen to other families and miss her dearly.
