Excellent nanny!

Charlotte looked after my two girls aged 2 and a half and 16 months over the summer. She was so good with my girls I can't speak highly enough of her! She has a hands on approach and uses her own initiative. My girls absolutely loved having her as a nanny and they both grew really close to her. They would both be excitedly waiting for her arrival in the morning. She would plan different activities for them each day and make sure they always had fun. You can clearly see her love for childcare.
She is also very reliable and gets back to me within a couple of hours, has never cancelled/called in sick, and is very mature for her age.
She would also help me take care of my newborn daughter when the older two wanted to spend time with their Mummy! I can't imagine how I would have coped without her in the beginning stages of having to take care of 3 under 3. She definitely lighted my load and made my life so much easier. I highly recommend her!
