We first met Charlotte at a class my children were attending in Marylebone. She was nannying another child at that time. We got talking and I was really impressed with her interaction with the child she was with.
When her position ended, I asked if she could do some ad hoc days for me, which she has been.
Charlotte has been exceptional with my twins, teaching them new words, creating fun and stimulating activities and the girls love her. She has such a warm, caring nature, while being very professional too. I could see a positive change in my girls. Sadly we moved to another part of London now, but we fully recommend her as a wonderful childcare provider.

We are delighted to provide a reference for Charlotte
Charlotte worked as a nanny for our two-year-old daughter for 9 months. In that time she became a much-loved and indispensable part of our family. It is with deep regret and sadness, that a sudden family illness and the necessity of returning to Australia for an extended period, means that our time with Charlotte is abbreviated.
We have experience of other nannies, but Charlotte in her professionalism, experience and poise, is exemplary. She brings decades of experience to the role, which means she is focused and in control at all times.
Charlotte was inventive and productive with our daughter. She organised activities that were entertaining and stimulating. She turned cardboard boxes into dolls-houses and toy kitchens; she found imagination, play and possibilities for learning in the everyday. Equally, she was keen for our daughter to discover new places and organised frequent trips to museums, parks, playgrounds. Charlotte was proactive in this; we really appreciated the close observation of our daughter and consequent recommendation of developmental activities, learning-toys, etc. that gave new skills and fed burgeoning interests. There is no question that our daughter’s development came on in leaps and bounds in her company.
The two of them are great friends, nevertheless, Charlotte is able to assert gentle discipline when necessary. But more than this, there was a real sense of love between Charlotte and our daughter, creating a caring and loving environment in our absence during the day. (A nice touch in relation to this: Charlotte would keep us posted on their adventures via photographs on WhatsApp, which were certainly the highlights of our own day!)
Charlotte was also exemplary in daily practicalities. From the moment she entered the house every day she tidied and cleaned to create an optimum atmosphere, always leaving the place tidier than when she arrived. This is all the more notable because it is not something we asked Charlotte to do; nor was it our expectation. She exceeded our expectations and gave us more than we asked for.
We have deep affection for Charlotte. She is intelligent, creative, caring and thoughtful. It is perhaps worth reiterating that we have considered her very much part of our family and will miss her hugely; it is only our personal circumstances, and no action on Charlotte’s part, that necessitates this break.
We recommend her without hesitation and would be happy to be contacted for verbal support of this reference

Charlotte is an outstanding nanny looking after my now 3 year old boy. She has been with us close to 2 years and has always been professional ,trustworthy and loving.
She ensures that the little one develops in a safe, caring and loving environment. Karm enjoys being with her and looks forward to having her each day. Charlotte engages him in different activities like visiting children's clubs , parks, classes and the zoo and many more activities at home instilling confidence and social skills. Additionally, she cooks yummy and healthy food.
She has been a great support for me too proactively helping out making basics easy when I juggle as a mom and professional worker.
She truly is a modern day Mary Poppins. We are very lucky to have her look after our son while we are at work and cannot recommend her highly enough.
We love you Charlotte!

Charlotte was our very first nanny, and quite frankly our best. She exceeded all our expectations, not only by caring brilliantly for our 6 month old but also surprising us with the immaculate way she left the house at all times. I don't know how she does it, but you definitely need her in your life. Sam.
