This is a long overdue review I should have provided a year ago. Apologize Rukhsana!
My baby girl was under her care for a year and a half. She is probably everything you'd hope from a childminder, trustworthy, understanding, kind, warming, loving, caring and definitely reliable and consistent through the whole periold, just as so many have said in previous reviews. My husband and I both are truly grateful that we have her as my baby girl's childminder. We greatly appreciate the love that she gifted to my babygirl. Thank you Rukhsana!

Our son has been coming to Rukhsana since he was 11 months old and I’m so glad we chose Rukhsana for his childcare.
Being a lockdown baby we weren’t sure how he would settle, as he hadn’t really spent any time apart from us. Rukhsana was very caring and flexible in these early days and tailored the settling in period to suit his needs. He settled in in no time! He is always so excited when we drop him off in the mornings and it’s lovely to see the special bond he has with Rukhsana. She provides a happy and nurturing environment and pays really close attention to each child’s development. He has developed so much since he started with Rukhsana and it’s great for us to know how much he enjoys his time there. Rukhsana provides a nice healthy lunch for him each day and has been very accommodating with him through his fussy phases! She takes excellent care of him and we would strongly recommend her to other parents.

I want to let you know that I feel blessed and lucky to have found good people for my baby.
I admire your work and I admire you for taking good care of her, I see her well and that makes me happy If I don't like something, I will tell you. I am sincere and I see in you a good caregiver and I like it because I see that you are a wise and strict woman with your children. thank you for teaching me how to take care of Adhara and thank you for taking care of her. we love you.💖
When I am not with my baby, I think that Rukhsana is her mother and I can be calm because she takes care of and guides my baby in her learning and development because she depends on you in the nursery hours, I see that my baby learns more every day And it's a good sign that you do a good job with the kids. you are definitely a shining star in my daughter's life.

Rukhsana looked after our baby daughter from 11 months old and we are very pleased with our experience - she was looked after with love and care and we could always rely on Rukhsana as parents.
Our eldest daughter attended nursery at a similar age and it took her weeks of crying/clinging to settle in, but Rukhsana managed to settle our younger one in a matter of a week which was a happy surprise. Rukhsana always carefully observes and tries different techniques to comfort the children (rather than controlling them) which we believe helped create a strong bond so swiftly…!
At her home, our daughter enjoyed different activities daily - she learned “tea time” role play with other children in her first month, and loved outings at the neighbouring Clissold park on sunny Summer days. She also enjoyed different healthy home-made lunches every day which was helpful to us.

Rukhsana is very experienced in chid minding, she is very good at reading children especially my daughter is still not able to talk yet. The place is not big but it is well equipped, the house is always clean, the play area is all protected and the stairs are kept away with a barrier so it is safe, same goes with the kitchen area as well.
My daughter is very happy going there, I make her meals etc, but Rukhsana does provide meals and one time she enjoyed eating the food there, and I discovered Rukhsana is very health conscious about how to make a balanced meal which provides all the nutrients a child needs.
I also like the fact she updates with photos and when the weather is good, Clissord park is just right outside of the building, I highly recommend Rukhsana, she is professional and very clear on what to do to make a child healthy and happy.

My 1 year old only had Rukshana for 6 days at wuch ahoet notice and she settled in with such ease- im very grateful to Rukshana for making the transition for my child as gentle and easy going. My child stayed with her happily and I collected her looking very happy too! I love the fact that Rukshana has many different activities for children because I noticed how much my child was engaged and loved the activities that she was introduced to. Im grateful that my child's routine was kept and Rukshana created lovely meals which my child enjoyed. Rukshana also gave lots of playtime in the outdoors at the local park as I know how much my child loves being let loose! Since mine and my child's experience has been so lovely and comfortable, as a parent I felt confident that my child is safe and happy. Rukshana often throughout the day sent me updates on my child's progress and this gave me a peace of mind that shes well and happy with Rukshana. My child loved to see Rukshana's children too and it was so good to see her interact with other people in the household- she was made to feel part of their family. Im returning to work in September and and I am glad Rukshana is available to look after my child once again! She is reliable, available to answer to queries, upto date with her policies and trainings: these are things which are very reassuring and imply that she is organised and childcare is her priority. Thank you to you Rukshana and your family! We look to see you again very soon.

Rukhsana and Javed are so is friendly and passionate. It is so nice to see a husband and wife work so well together. Their home is clean and welcoming. They have a lovely way of building an individual bond with each child. Rukhsana and Javed's children are a real credit to them and are great with the children too. My daughter took a while to settle at the beginning (lots of tears) but Rukhsana would always text or call me saying she was absolutely fine and happy! They provide healthy snacks and meals and do a great job of stimulating the children with activities indoor and outdoor. Rukhsana sends pictures to update me on what they are doing. I would not hesitate to recommend Rukhsana and Javed, they are the gold standard in childminding.

My daughter Tara recently started with Rukhsana, as she use to attend nursery , but due to various reasons, I decided a childminder would be better .
my daughter loves going to Rukhsana, she's so friendly and pays lots of attention to organise a full of fun and play time for all kids .
Rukhsana is great at being creative with her , often doing arts and crafts, she also takes her to the Library, the park , on picnica, walks and Toddler groups . lots of fun varied activities including messy play :)
She has lovely setting with beautiful park which she uses everyday with children.
I am happy that my daughter is in caring and happy environment.
I get photographs and all updates - from nappy changes to naps throughout the day .
Rukhsana has a vast range of toys and great park opposite her. She provides lots of fun and varied activities for the children.
Rukhsana provides very Healthy home cooked food for children and healthy snacks throughout the day .
Rukhsana is fully committed to her role as an outstanding childminder !

Rukhsana and Javid are 2 of the most amazing selfless people you will ever meet, the love and understanding they have words can’t describe.
The service they provide in their setting is one of a kind, Rukshana is a amazing childminder with a very understanding and gentle nature. This amazing women has updated me daily on my children’s journey with her and profession she has almost become like a member of our family and not just a provider I am paying for.
Rukhsana has a very loving a supportive family who support her in her setting when needed. The bond my children now share with their childminder is precious.
Rukhsana provides healthy snack and meals for children and gives them a environment they can relax and feel very safe in.
My children have had the best experienced with this childminder and she is such a blessing to my life.
I will be continuing to use this service with this childcare provider for as long as I need childcare.

Rukhsana and her husband Javed have only been looking after our 19 month old for a couple of months but they are already a big part of our lives. My daughter really struggled to settle at first and Rukhsana was so patient and flexible; allowing us to drop our daughter for a 30 mins to a few hours each day so that she got used to the setting. Her communication is great and updates throughout the day really reassure you that your little one is being well looked after and having a happy time. Highly recommended!
