Mobeen is absolutely fantastic person. She looks after Aima every half term and every Saturday since September and she is the person who everyone will definitely love.
She keeps good contact with me while Aima is with her, very organised, always keeping contact when the next payment should be done (as I am a single parent in every day rush I usually forget about that kind of staff).
Also Aima really loves one of her youngests daughter🙂
With both my hands I can recommend her as a childminder/babysitter to another parents

Our 11-month old son was with Mobeen for just under four weeks. We were happy with the care, from what we saw in the short space of time, our son seemed to settle well and enjoy his time there. The house was clean and tidy and the back garden has recently been surfaced in synthetic grass and it looks a good play area for children. Our baby always came back clean and we have no doubt the care was professional. When Mobeen’s own child was ill and our child could not attend, she was able to recommend very good emergency cover (although this offer only came after we had to ask for it). Mobeen is also very responsive by text and was good at keeping us up to date on how he was doing.
Childcare can however only be successful if there is a good relationship not just between the child and the childminder but also between the parents and the childminder. We found much of the interaction challenging from the outset; we were pressured into signing the contract and paying the deposit as soon as possible after first meeting Mobeen. However, we wanted to speak to references first which we did and completed a few days later after which we received another request to pay as soon as possible. It is not easy to find a childminder for the days that we required so felt we needed to adhere to the rushed requests in order not to lose the space. Retrospectively, it would have been good to have more time to consider such an important decision and not feel rushed into paying a deposit. The child care situation in Walthamstow is not easy. All childminders are heavily oversubscribed, nurseries have long waiting lists. It felt therefore a little unfair to give us the feeling she would lose out on business if we took a few days extra to consider our decision about the care of our son.Â
After our son started, Mobeen shared the reasonable informal request to give her more than 2 weeks contractual notice in the case Lars would get a place at a nursery. We were therefore rather surprised to have our contract terminated after seven days of care for what were given as personal reasons. We respected this decision but leaving us with the prospect of no childcare and two full time jobs.
We are first-time parents and we are new to the childcare game. We realised after having our son with another childminder whilst frantically bridging the gap with the start of nursery, how inflexible and difficult our experience has been.Â
We were asked to always send a text before picking him up (even though we always came at the same time). As working parents (in a rush) this isn't always feasible, and we felt obliged to push back on this. After challenging this by saying that we would always come at the same time, Mobeen agreed that we didn't have to send a text message. Â
 There were always surprises and new rules (we confirmed in July ’19 that Lars would start on 1 October ‘19, this was confirmed and ok’ed, and were then told 2 days before he started that we also needed to pay for 30 September because this was a Monday). She kept suggesting that we could use the deposit for the payment of the first month (which we declined repeatedly wanting to pay with the tax-free government account) causing a flurry of exhausting conversations over email on two separate occasions.
There were several other occasions with similar discussions required and although to be fair we were able to discuss these points by text, we found it unusual to be asked and have to argue these points, engaging in a sometimes combative dialogue and frequently having to refer back to contract terms. We completely understand there is a business to run, but the focus on the financial/business side was a bit off putting for us.
In summary, the care seemed high quality and professional but based on our experience, we ultimately though would not recommend this childminder given our experience , the focus on money, the lack of flexibility, and rather defensive attitude we encountered.

We are so pleased with the childcare Mobeen provides. Our baby Sam started with Mobeen three months ago at the age of 11 months. He is with Mobeen three days a week. Sam was very unsettled at the start and Mobeen was amazing. She adapted her routine so he could nap and eat. It was a huge change for Sam with me going back to work full time. He definitely struggled but he has always been happy to see Mobeen in the mornings even when he was at his most unsettled. She is so very kind with him. We couldn't be happier. We have worked together very closely to settle Sam. Sam loves Mobeen he gives her cuddles and such big smiles. Mobeen is always keeping us updated on sams progress and often sends us photos. I do not think a nursery would be able provide care that is so personalised and keep us so up to date. We highly recommend Mobeen and her daughter.

If you are looking for a safe and loving environment then I HIGHLY recommend leaving your child with Mobeen.
Her friendly attitude towards kids, her love and dedication for her job, made my 2 yrs old to love Mobeen.
My daughter settled in very well from the first day. She is always happy when I leave and I collect her.
Mobeen is a childminder with whom you can easily commonicate, always ready to help, kind and honest.
I kindly recommend Mobeen as a childminder!

My 14 month old son has been with Mobeen for almost 2 months and I cannot recommend highly enough.
Ziggy had been incredibly clingy so I was very worried about how he would cope when I returned to work. I was so happy to find Mobeen- she is so kind and loving with him that he settled far quicker than I thought he would. Now he is so happy to see her every morning- it is really lovely to see.
Mobeen is great at keeping us updated with how his days are going and I know he is in such safe hands. It is such a relief to know Ziggy is being so well cared for.

I had never left my 22 month old with a childminder before. Being a single mother I was very anxious and my emotions were all over the place however Mobeen really put me at ease and reassured me that my child will be looked after well. My child is quiet shy but as soon as I made a visit to Mobeens warm home, he started playing and settled in well. It was the first time that he had actually gone into the arms of someone he did not know and not cry which was such a great accomplishment. Mobeen stayed in touch with me throughout the evening and updated me with his progress which I really appreciate. She has a loving warm family and I also really appreciate that she could accommodate my child on such short notice. 10/10. I genuinely highly recommend. Thank you x

I was so anxious about leaving my 6month old with a child minder. But I was absolutely relaxed and comfortable just after the first day. Mobeen is an excellent child minder. She gives you updates regularly and i can tell that my baby loves it there.
I will absolutely recommend Mobeen to anyone. She's lovely with my baby

I first met Mobeen and family when my daughter was 8 months in January 2017. At the time I was starting to make arrangements for childcare when I did go back to work. My first impression during the first interaction was this is where I want my daughter to stay when I am at work. She and her daughters were so warm and welcoming on our initial visit. My daughter was so attached to me that she never liked to leave her with anyone even family members but on that day she wondered all over the place in Mobeen's house. This to me showed me that my daughter was happy being there. I tried nursery for one week to see if it would help my daughter transit into a different environment from home and detach from me but that was the worst mistake I have ever done, she cried and throw up every time she went to the nursery and refused to eat any food while at the nursery for the whole day and constantly ill. So we decided our initial choice was the right one and the best one for my daughter. This September, I began taking her to Mobeen and instantly she fell in love with the family. Mobeen and Laila are great, kind and compassionate when spoken too and my daughter shows contentment whenever I pick her up. She is learning a lot and I am so amazed by the new things she has learnt at just 17 months. She can count from 1 to 10 and even fill in the missing numbers when counting which is incredible, very confident in the things she says and do. She is so much loved and cared for by the family and this gives me much joy and peace of mind while at work. Mobeen is also very considerate towards parents, she would do all she can not to leave a parent stuck, always willing to make it easier for the parent. I would not ask for more for my daughter, Mobeen's house is her second home and will be for a long time.
I would recommend Mobeen 100% to anyone who is picky and very choosy like myself and with a child who is so attached to the parents.

My daughter has been with Mobeen for just over a year now; she started with her at age 15 months and is now 2 years and 4 months. Mobeen is a superb combination of being a thorough and efficient communicator (I didn't realise how often one needs to be in contact with one's childcare provider, but having someone who is professional in their communications is a must!) as well as a warm, friendly, loving person who children obviously take to immediately. My daughter had zero problems settling in, and now is like a member of their family. She's always smiling when I pick her up, and I'm kept abreast of everything going on with her. My husband and I both work a long way from Walthamstow, so the peace of mind we have knowing that our daughter is safe with Mobeen is priceless. On top of that, her development has been carefully fostered. When she started attending a preschool setting in addition to Mobeen's setting a few months ago, her teachers were so impressed with how well-adjusted, enthusiastic, curious, and friendly she was which is due in part to the happy and stimulating environment Mobeen provides.
