We had been looking for an afterschool nanny and found Roxanne on the website. Initially, we had a great phone conversation by way of an introduction. We invited her to come to our house to meet. We were satisfied with all her documentations and her answers to our interview. She has a warm personality, is serious and reliable. The children took to her immediately. We were happy to engage her, but our personal circumstances changed in that we now no longer require an after school nanny. The children were genuinely upset that she was no longer going to be looking after them. We would not hesitate to recommend Roxanne to any of our acquaintances looking for a nanny.
