Wonderful & Caring Childminder

We couldn't be happier with Sarah's twinkle stars setting. We have sent our daughter there from the age of 7 months and she is now a happy 16 month old who absolutely adores going to her childminder, Sarah. It is very clear that our daughter has the time and love invested in her by Sarah and has been encouraged every step of the way as she grows and develops. Sarah provides a safe and clean environment which makes our daughter feel welcome, relaxed and excited to attend each morning.

We have been really grateful for the effort that Sarah puts into planning a wide range of learning activities and adventures to playgroups, nature walks and the library. Our daughter's development skills have been evident with an abundance of learn through play opportunities and bespoke Early Years targets set.
Phoebe often arrives home with themed arts and crafts at festive times of the year which have provided wonderful keepsakes. Phoebe has had the chance to experience cooking, exploring outdoor play with water, sand, mud and coloured foods. She has also enjoyed playing many musical instruments and sensory play activities which have honed her fine motor skills. Phoebe's favourites are playing in the garden with the toy car, the toot toot and talking with Merlin the cat.
The communication throughout the day is a brilliant way to stay connected with our little girl, as we have a WhatsApp group that we receive lots of fun photos through. We also receive a daily diary with an update on the day's fun, a food diary and important information about key developments, nap times and change of nappies. We also enjoy reading the termly newsletter that Sarah sends out.
Sarah is always on hand to provide support or answer any questions we may have. Phoebe is adored by the other children and it is lovely to see how their friendship is developing.
Sarah has a gentle but fair nature that we are really pleased with as we can we can update her on key achievements at home which can be celebrated at twinkle stars and vice versa.
We are really pleased that we chose Sarah's Twinkle Stars and would highly recommend her setting to other parents and carers.
As a couple without family nearby, we have also really appreciated Sarah's support as a friend as we have settled into the Calne area.

Fantastic childminder

Sarah started looking after our daughter when she was a year old. Our daughter loved going every week and we were very sad for her to stop.
We would highly recommend Sarah, she is so caring and the children do lots of fun activities, attend groups and go on different outings. We felt happy leaving our daughter, knowing that she would be well taken care of and that she would do lots of educational and fun things that day.
