Couldn't ask for anyone better!

My two boys have been going to Donna for a year and they absolutely love her. My youngest is with her full time and my eldest has wrap around care during term time and then full-time care during the holidays.

Donna has a warm and friendly personality that makes children instantly feel at ease. Her years of experience as a teaching assistant clearly show as she knows exactly how to interact with both boys and has the patience of a saint when it comes to dealing with toddler tantrums.

Donna is constantly finding new and exciting ways to entertain them - whether that be a trip to soft play centres, the park (she takes them to many different parks) or by setting up activities in the house. Donna set up a CleverTots Christmas Grotto and carried out different (child-friendly) spooky activities at Halloween. Almost every day the boys come home with artwork that they have completed that day.

Donna prepares healthy food, every day and always goes above and beyond what I would imagine any childminder would do.

Both boys enjoy spending time at Donna's with her little boy as he is adorable. I regularly get photos sent to me showing what they are all getting up to, and they are always having fun! They also love Nick, (Donna's husband) as they have an amazing family environment, feeling like a home from home.

From day one, I was never worried about leaving the boys as it can be difficult leaving your children with a stranger. But because we took the boys to the house before-hand to meet Donna and sign contracts, they just accepted her straight away (I was very lucky). Even the teacher at school mentioned how Donna interacts with the boys and said that she clearly loves them - you can't get better feedback than that!

I couldn't be happier with the service that Donna provides at Clever Tots. I would highly recommend Donna as an amazing childminder and you won't be disappointed. Your kids will love her.
