We Have known Ecem for over 3 years now, during which time she has been taking care of our 3 year old daughter for over 2 years and also taking care of our 10 months old daughter.
We have found Ecem to be very trustworthy, caring and extremely loving towards our daughters. She treats them both as if they were her own children. She is also very careful in ensuring that our daughters follow the routine we want for them in terms of feeding, bathing, nap etc but can also use her initiative when necessary, notably monitoring our daughters behaviours (e.g. checking their temperature etc ) and varying their activities accordingly, for example when they are sick.
We have also found her to be very good in keeping our girls entertained and stimulated. She is great with singing songs, reading, drawing and colouring and even teaches our 3 year old counting and the alphabet. She is very capable and happy to take our daughters to various classes and activities on her own.

She also helps me with making food for our daughters and whenever she sees any laundry to be folded she always takes the initiative and helps us out with that while our girls are taking their naps.
She always makes time to babysit our daughters in the evenings when needed, during which time she will send us text messages periodically to let us know how they are, which is great as it puts our minds at easy while we are away.
Finally, and most importantly, our daughters are both extremely fond of Ecem which is testament to how well she cares for them.

We would highly and unreservedly recommend her as a nanny. "
