Lenka has taken care of my 2 children on weekends since they were 8 months and 2.5 years old. She is an amazing nanny - she fit into our household very quickly and easily and my children look forward to her arrival. She walks a wonderful balance between playing with them, educating them, and making sure they behave and develop. She is very tidy (think Marie Kondo!) and organized and proactively goes out of her way to find interesting and new ways to entertain the children in educational ways. Because of her long experience with children, she has been able to advise me on many occasions on how to handle one issue or another with regards to the children. She is comfortable with sole charge and with shared care. I would highly recommend Lenka to any family looking for a dedicated, experienced, caring, and fun nanny.
