Cyma watched my 7 year old son for over 2 years, we were devastated when we recently had to move on as my son will now be attended a school too far away. Cyma opened her home to my son as a home away from home, he really felt like part of her family. She was always very flexible and never let me down on the 3 days she had him a week.
She also helped me massively through the covid period and was on hand at short notice. She has a lovely clean home, with activities and amenities to cater for all things. She cared for him as if he was her own child and he felt comfortable within the family.
It was an emotional goodbye before the summer holidays, however once again Cyma assured me if I ever needed her on short notice she would be there for us!
What a professional and lovely lady! Any family would be lucky to have her! X

Cyma has a very bubbly personality. I left my 3 month old with her 3 days a week and it was so easy on my little one! She felt at home from day one! I felt like i was always involved as I was constantly reassured that shes eating well and her pictures. If any days my baby wasnt well or moody cyma would let me know so i can come get her! I felt well informed at all
Times. My baby always felt happy and that is the most important quality for a child minder. Cymas nursery and house is always super clean and hygienic! It was a very lovely experience with cyma!

Sobia thanks my darling for your kind words, love and recognition. I am touched. After my sons, I played with her like I play with them when they were babies. May Allah protect her from evil eye and I am only text away if u ever need me.
Finding Cyma has been a godsend for us, she is now a real friend and feels like part of the family. We had never used a Childminder before and Cyma was the ultimate professional from the beginning. She invited us and the children to see her beautiful and clean setting, we and the kids were instantly relaxed and reassured. We have been sending our little girl, three years old, and little boy, five years old, to Cyma since September 20. Throughout Covid and all the school closures Cyma has been amazingly flexible and particularly with homeschooling she has done amazing activities with the kids - painting, drawing, phonics, writing and maths - and also a lovely time playing outside in her beautiful garden. Cyma is totally family orientated and has taken much time to talk with me about the children individually, what they enjoy and what makes each of them happy. It has made all the difference to have this support and a real friend to talk to in these crazy times!
Both our son and daughter are incredibly fond of Cyma, she really welcomed them into her home, and her flexibility in looking after the kids has been second to none. Huge huge thank you Cyma!

My now almost 3 yr old girl started with Cyma when she was 10 moths old. She has severe food allergies and Cyma has always catered really well to her sensitivities. The nursery setting is always clean and tidy with lots of educational activities for the children.
Cyma is very loving and caring and provides good structure to the children. They have nap times, proper lunches at the table, lots of free play, and development activities. My little one can now count, hold a pencil and colour, and socialise with other children really well, in no small thanks to the work Cyma put in - and she made it all really fun. When the Covid-19 lock down started, my little one missed her so much, Cyma suggested a few poem singing and dancing sessions with her over video chat which my daughter loved!
She is also flexible with longer timings - we have had our share of 6am drop offs and 7pm collections. She will even collect my 8yr old from school at short notice if I am stuck at work and she will ensure he has eaten etc by the time I collect him. Cyma always communicates clearly and promptly so I know what the children are getting up to. She really has become a member of our family because of the loving, safe space she has provided to my children since 2018.
We are very sad to be ending our time with her as my little one is moving to school, but she is still our first port of call for school holidays.

Saima helped us with providing care for our son Toby. Her home was always clean, welcome and organised, full of various toys Toby loved playing with. She was a true professional, she organised his day and attended to his likes and dislikes of various kinds of food and drink.
She was flexible and didn't mind if we were late from work, which was a huge help.
We are thoroughly happy family with the level of care Toby received, and being in such positive environment definitely helped him to develop confidence at the nursery.
We would recommend Saima as a great childminder

My child spent nearly a year with Saima and had the best start to his nursery and schooling life. Saima came across as a true professional with great credentials. She was extremely helpful in being able to identify what would suit my child needs and would cater to those requirements. As parents we were quite nervous at first, as this would be the first time we would leave our child with someone other than ourselves. Saima was able to make us feel at ease and came up with a daily routine of things she would do with the children, which made us feel more relaxed and comfortable.
Saima had a great place which was well equipped and had a lovely play area which contains many, many toys and books, suitable to the needs of my child. There was definitely that "homely" environment in which my child was able to settle into. Saima place is easy accessible.
Throughout the whole experience, communication between parents and Saima was excellent. Saima was able to communicate promptly and effectively. At the end of the day sessions, Saima was able to give accurate feedback around what my child learned and what he was feeling for that day.
Saima is available at short notice and we were able to arrange a childminding without any hassle on many occasions.
Friendly, honest and caring......
My child really had that great "aunty" experience from Saima that would delight him and one which he would share with us once he would come home. From what we have observed as parents, Saima is very dedicated to the children and that passion clearly shows. My child was very comfortable with Saima and always wanted to stay a bit extra and always came home with a big smile on his face.

My son was with with saima for a couple of months and she was fantastic. Saima was flexible for my shift pattern, very understanding and supportive. She is a very loving person with a wonderful home.

Looking for a Child Minder, don't go too far, Saima is the one for your little ones. I have 2 girls and they have been going to Saima's house for the past two years. Besides being a professional, Saima is absolutely lovely and amazing. She's warm, caring, homely and her motherly instincts never seize to amaze me.
She ensures that the girls are occupied constructively. She has two children of her own and she encourages them to play together and has activities set out for them so that they don't get bold. Saima is a big believer of respect so, trust me when I say she is a blessing to our family. If it was not for her going to work would be extremely stressful. Thanks Saima, you're amazing.
