Bhavani is absolutely a gods send. She is flexible and fully understanding. I’ve had a lot to deal with being a single dad and she’s supported me and my children where she can. My little girl is quite a handful at times and being with Bhavani has moulded her in the past year to be obedient and well respectful. She’s also come through leaps and bounds in learning. She’s quite strict but in a loving way, this is what my daughter needed. I think the important part that I’ve learnt to work with your childminder, with great communication and to listen to the child’s needs.
Bhavani provides lovely healthy food, she’s got my children to eat many varieties of foods, to the point where they don’t even like my cooking anymore. And she takes them everywhere including the cinema, very impressed.
In summary my children are always asking to go there, when they aren’t there, they actually do my head in about going to Bhavani’s.
I highly recommend Bhavani and can’t ask for a better childminder. My children have become independent and responsible children in her care. She’s taken the worries out of being a single dad.

After spending a lovely afternoon saying goodbye to our sons first childminder, it has prompted me to add a review before we leave for Ireland. Our son is now 6 years old and Bhavani looked after him since he was 7 months old until he started school. It was a home from home experience for him which was so important for me when I was leaving him from such a young age. Bhavani is a bubbly, friendly and trustworthy type of person - children always warmed towards her and I always took great comfort knowing that my son was being well looked after whilst I was at work. Cian has turned out to be a very independent little person and I have Bhavani to thank for this - her home was a safe environment to explore where Cian was able to test his limits by exploring his surroundings, Bhavani showed him the ropes - she demonstrated tasks slowly and clearly, broke them down for him to understand...he was saying the alphabet as soon as he was talking..? she provided daily activities that stimulated Cian and he was always excited to tell me every evening what he had learned...Cian did grow so much whilst in her care...Cian grew to love bhavani so much so he called her 'mammy'..he was in such good hands and it gave me so much comfort leaving him in her care. I cannot highly recommended Bhavani enough and if we were to stay in London and blessed with another child, I would not be content until Bhavani was on board again..not only was Bhavani Cians childminder but she has become a friend for life because of her role she played in Cians life..we are eternally grateful for her presence and influence. So if you are looking for a loving and caring childminder, Bhavani is your woman!!!!

I have 2 children aged 9yrs (boy) and 11yrs (daughter) and Bhavani has been looking after my children for the past 3 years. For my children, this is home from home. Bhavani genuinely loves children and is kind and caring. Having extensive experience of looking after her own children, Bhavani has good knowledge of development and health issues and as well as promoting healthy balanced nutrition. She is quite strict with the children but in a firm and kind way,which my children have really responded too. She has fostered their independence and the need to to be respectful. She is flexible with her hours and this has been a Godsend for my shift work. Her own children are used to having children in the house and often help out and support their mum. I would recommend Bhavani unreservedly as the best child minder I have ever had!
My daughter also wanted to write a few comments:
Bhavani is like my second mum!
I will never ever say no to going to her house and she gets to know you really well. I love her so much and she is extremely friendly to all the children she looks after. I think that any new children she looks after would be really happy and would settle in really well.
I would really recommend her to anyone who needs help with childcare!

Bhavani has been looking after my 8 month old son since 19th September 2011. From our first meeting with Bhavani, I knew against all the other childminders that I had seen, she difinitely came up trumps...she has a warming character, charing, totally devoted to her job..well organised in every aspect which is reassuring. I am back at University and it was really hard leaving my son at first, but with Bhavani I am totally relaxed as I know he is in good hands and is been well looked after. Bhavani has 4 wonderful children who are a credit to her, if my son turns out with all the mannerisms whcih they have I will be one happy Mum, they too take a great interest in my son, its great to see the interaction between them all, it feels that he is part of the family ;)...I can't speak highly enough about Bhavani and would recommend her to anyone looking for a childminder. It is surely a daunting adventure looking for someone a 'stranger' at first to look after the most precious thing in your life, but Bhavani has exceded my expectations, she is fantastic and I can see that my son is happy with her and her family!
