Jemma currently looks after my boys, one aged 4 and one aged 1, for three days a week. She has been fantastic with both of them. She is kind, caring and thoughtful, spending time with each of the children doing activities that interest them. Jemma has been really helpful and flexible and it’s so comforting to know my boys are looked after by someone that genuinely cares about them.

Jemma had my daughter mikayla for 2 years, 3 days a week whilst I was at college.. I couldn't be happier with what Jemma did for me and mikayla, she was very flexible if ever I needed to pick her up at different times etc and I'm soo pleased with how my daughter has developed with her learning as Jemma has brought her along great! As her care involved taking her to play groups and socialising with other children and learning different activities.. I noticed it also brought her along very good with her speech. She was professional but I also felt she was a friend too, I could speak to her about any issues I had and shed help any way she could.. I really wouldn't recommend anyone else!! My daughter was always happy and excited to see Jemma and never once did I have a concern. So so happy with the service I received, I was very sad to leave college which meant Jemma didn't need to care for mikayla anymore. The days were always fun filled for mikayla and the meals given were always what she loved.. Which was breakfast lunch and tea. I don't think words can explain how pleased I am, me and mikayla will both miss Jemma!

Overall
From the second I met Jemma I instantly felt at ease and happy in her company and home!! Poppy took an instant like to Jemma too, and over the months Poppy was with Jem she came on leaps and bounds in all aspects. Jemma was always helpful and flexible with times and emergency care when she could, poppy really loved going to Puddleducks and we both miss Jemma and the wonderful homely care she gave.
