Both my boys aged 1 and 2 years love Minibugs, they cheers with excitement as we drive in.
For me the parent zone app, CCTV, cleanliness and parking facilities set it aside from other nurseries in-the area.

My son joined minibugs in July of 2020 due to covid delaying his start in the April. From day one they have been amazing, my little boy at the time was showing signs of being non verbal and having sensory problems believed to be autism. They allowed him to start in the July when restrictions should of had him starting in the September due to bubble sizes etc. They have been amazing in helping me get the help and support I needed to get him a diagnosis as well as getting his support workers on board and doing what was needed, from his SALT worker to Senco to even the paediatrician. They have done wonders in getting him a much needed EHCP which we are still in the process of doing but without their help I wouldn't be as far along with it as I am, massive thanks to Becky and Steph for this. They are all amazing with Caleb but especially Whitley and Val in the 3-5 room. They are great with using visuals to help him communicate in his own little way and also understanding when he is showing signs of sensory overload and how to help him regulate himself. My daughter also started in January of this year and she has had an amazing start to nursery life. I highly recommend this nursery and their amazing team.

I can't recommend this nursery enough! They have been brilliant with my little girl, she's come on leaps and bounds since she started a few months ago. She never wants to leave when I go to collect her! She is doing something different every day. Always different crafts and messy play. I love getting the photo updates on the app. Fab! The nursery staff are lovely and I trust them 100% to look after my precious girl.

I need to start this by saying THANK YOU!
As most parents in this day and age, I had to return to work after my maternity leave, after being in that bubble it is absolutely heart retching to make a child care decision but you have made it so easy on my little family and my mum guilt.
The team were incredible from the very start, the comprehensive look around gave me all of the details I needed and answered my mountain of questions. The staff from the outset were clearly knowledgeable, capable and loved their jobs. The setting just ‘fits’ everything has a purpose, a goal and that hits you as soon as you walk in, the resources are current and in date, the setting is immaculate and the staff are all present with smiles on their faces.
The manager Rebecca and deputy Kirstie worked tirelessly to get the process underway, east any trepidation, passify my many many questions and again… ease the mum guilt which gave me the confidence I needed to start my little ones Minibug journey.
From day one the baby room staff worked hard to maintain my home routine and my little girl has just flourished ever since. They take effort to get to know the babies and the parents, daily they provided me with updates via the app and handover each time I collected her. Seeing the team getting as excited as I do over her activities is extremly heart-warming.
My little girl’s development has also flourished since attending the setting. There is a clear drive and focus on the Early Years structure through the core running of the nursery, even for the smaller children to pick up and develop their basic skills. This has been crucial in my little one reaching some incredible milestones and becoming a fabulous toddler.
I could not sing your praises enough, the truth in all of the above is the little ones smile and mine when she reaches your door.

My daughter has been at Minibugs since her 2nd birthday and is now 3 1/2 and really enjoying the School Readiness programme. This nursery have taken such good care of her and she learns something incredible every day to show or tell us from a very broad curriculum for her age. She has been nurtured as an individual and it is obvious in speaking to every team member that they take great pride in really knowing each child and helping each of them to like who they are.
Over our time with Minibugs it has been reassuring to watch the setting continually improve. This is not a place that will ever become complacent or satisfied to tick boxes. As a result the already excellent nursery has become noticeably calmer recently which I believe has helped my daughter to further develop her confidence and social skills. New systems for behaviour management have helped her to understand exactly what is expected of everyone and how to treat others. I am already confident that she has the skills to happily move on to school in September thanks to all the careful planning at nursery and the lengths that her keyworkers go to to communicate with us. As a parent it always feels that children's needs and wellbeing are central here and that no time or expense is spared to equip the setting or maintain high standards.
My son will start at nursery in January, at 8 months. I would not want to leave him anywhere else and know he will gain so much from the early experiences and love he has there. We are very proud to be a family of Minibugs!

My son has been attending Minibugs for 2 years and we could not be happier with the care he receives. The staff are friendly, easy to talk to and dedicated. I get regular updates on his progress through observations and parents evenings. I love receiving photos during the day of what he is doing and seeing he is happy and settled. The manager is fantastic! She is always proactive and sorts any issues immediately. Overall an outstanding nursery and we cannot wait for our 2nd child to start!

My little boy came to your nursery from a different setting. All the staff where and still are happy to help with any difficulties you may be having. They were ever so supportive when it came to toilet training and even made him his own Alien stickers to encourage him. He is such a busy boy and we feel that they always keep him busy. Now he is older he can communicate what he has done throughout the day, and how each morning he can’t wait to go. The staff are always warm and welcoming, it’s great that daily we get updates. I can easily see what he has eaten and done.As I don’t get to pick him up, for us it’s a lovely in the evening we can look and talk about what he has done.
Would definitely recommend Minibugs!

My Daughter has been attending minibugs since she was 2 she loves going. All the staff are brilliant they are all friendly easy to approach and helpful. The nursery is clean has a warm friendly atmosphere the food the children eat is a great variety of homemade food all the children always look happy there. Highly recommended.

Our daughter moved to minibugs from another nursery when she turned 2. She has made such progress and really seems to benefit from being in a room with older children. She settled quickly and chats happily every evening about all the fun she has had. She has so many new experiences at nursery and even eats a much broader range of food than she would ever try at home.
I cannot fault anything in the care she receives from the exceptionally professional yet warm staff team. The personal attention she gets in such a busy setting is wonderful and I never worry about her during the day. Communication is always thorough and staff go the extra mile to send pictures and updates if for any reason she has had a wobbly drop off. Very reassuring. Very pleased to have found such a great fit for our family.
