Amazing childminder

Emma has been looking after my 2 girls for the past 3 years, before they were at school and now she does school runs for me. She has been absolutely fantastic. As a childcare professional myself, I have high standards when it comes to the care of my children and Emma has always gone above and beyond and has always been reliable and professional in every way. Her house is spotlessly clean and she has a wide range of toys for the kids to play with. Even chickens in the garden!
Nothing has ever been too much for her and my girls absolutely adore her and her family. I love that she treats my girls as her own and that we have become part of her family.

Unprofessional

Emma was a fantastic childminder to begin with. She made me feel very confident and I had great trust with her. However, after just two sessions she ended the contract immediately with less than a weeks notice saying her husband can’t walk into the room and it unfair on her husband. My 10 month old son was not given a chance. Only two days. She told me he was amazing and her husband loved him and gave no indication that he was unsettled until randomly messaging me during half term to terminate the contract. It was very unprofessional as she did not even have the decency to call but to just text. I have lost all trust in everything that was said.

I’m disappointed you left such a bitter review .
I would have been more inclined to persevere if you had collected your little one on time and you had paid when agreed.
