Unprofessional

Ready to start her new job ,just received a text from her when she supposed to be in my place saying that she can't do anymore, after she sent all the documents and everything. I never seen anything like that, she back to us as she were interested in this position and just left us like that without notice and anything. Trying to call her but she is not answering.
