Our daughter Maya has been going to Lisa for over 5 months and she absolutely loves it there. Lisa really takes good care of her little cubs, Maya always comes home happy! Lisa also takes them to the library for activities or to the park when the weather is good. We are really lucky to have Lisa as our childminder. Thank you!

We thank our lucky stars we found someone as kind, warm hearted, caring and professional like Lisa. She provides the perfect setting for our daughter, a home away from home which we thought might not exist. But it does for our family now. We had quite a bad experience with our first childminder and were so wary of leaving our daughter with anyone else but Lisa took the time to speak to us and reassure us that everything will be alright and she worked so hard to make us feel comfortable and safe to leave our daughter in her care. Our daughter is excelling with her milestones and comes home the happiest kid and cannot wait to go to Lisa's!

Lisa is very welcoming and friendly. She looked after my 6month old daughter for a day each week and I felt very comfortable leaving her in her care. I was impressed with her organisation and professional approach. I really enjoyed receiving picture updates showing all the lovely things my daughter was doing when in childcare. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking for childcare in the area, and I would definitely use her service again in the future.

Goldheart Childmind is fantastic and both my husband and I could not recommend them enough. I had to return to work at 7 months and I was worried about sending my little girl to childcare especially as she was a lockdown baby and still wasn't taking the bottle! Lisa is just incredible, I liked her as soon as we initially spoke, she is warm and caring as well as experienced and organised. She put me at ease, made going back to work so much less stressful and I couldn't finally stop breastfeeding! Our daughter adored her, always happy when we dropped her off and picked her up. Lisa and her family are so welcoming, it's like a home away from home for the children. Due to covid restrictions Lisa couldn't take the children to places she previously did but I loved the fact she still took them to the park and during the run up to Easter she had ducklings which hatched at hers and stayed for a week which was such a lovely experience for the children especially with lockdown and being in London. The house is lovely, colouful, has lots of toys and outside space but very organised too! Lisa always planned lots of different activities. We really can't fault Goldheart Childmind and would recommend them to anyone. It was perfect for our daughter and we were very sad when we had to say goodbye. The only reason we left was due to having a nursery place we had already committed to prior to finding Lisa. 5 stars across the board!! xxx

Lisa is the best childminder we could have asked for our little boy. We feel she is part of our family and this says it all. Our son started at her setting in September 2020 and with Lisa's attentive care, he has been developing by leaps and bounds. He even did his first steps at Lisa's house :) Which she thankfully recorded on video! I have actually never felt I am missing out on any of my son's achievements. Lisa uses an app as a daily diary, where she shares short updates and photos. We are grateful for all the memories we are collecting through that for my son to see in the future. Needless to say how supportive she was during the first days of our son settling in that made the separation easier, knowing that he is in a safe and fun place. Lisa's setting is amazing; I particularly love the under-stair custom built playhouse which makes me wish I was a child again! She always has decorations up, be it for Christmas, autumn or another theme, which make the place so colourful and welcoming. Not restricted by the lockdown and lack of outdoor places, she always organises in-house activities for the kids to learn and enjoy themselves. When the weather permits, she is also organising activities at her garden or days at Battersea Park, while always respecting social distancing rules. Lisa is excellent all around; caring, sweet, thoughtful, approachable and very responsible when it comes to health and safety of the kids she is looking after. We have full trust on her and our son has been having great time at her place.

From day one Lisa has been so caring and welcoming to me and my son. Its so hard to trust someone else with your most precious thing in the world, your babies, but I have never doubted that Lisa would care for the kids she bring in, as they were her own. My son can sometimes be a bit clingy, but Lisa just loves the cuddles he gives her, even to the point where my son has napped on her, in a baby class. And that tells me my son feels completely safe in her arms, and to me that means a lot.
My son loves spending time outside, and its so warming to know that she takes them to the park to explore or to baby classes in the area. Even if they stay in all day, theres is a lovely garden with lots of fun things for the kids to play with to make sure they get a lot of fresh air.
Not only is Lisa the warmest person to be around, she is also super flexible, which is important to me. My family live abroad, so we often travel, and sometimes is with short notice, but Lisa has always been understanding and has made no fuss about it.
Only the biggest recommendation from me!

Lisa is an amazing childminder! My little boy, always comes to home with the biggest smile on his face. he has so much fun with her and i can tell he feels so safe and secure with her. I feel very lucky to have found her after searching and searching for the right one for so long . I work in childcare myself so i knew what i was and wasn't looking for . My youngest boy is now only 18 months old, so i didn't want a nursery(too many children) but wanted him to be able to interact with a small group of children. Since he has started with Lisa his development has progressed so much . Lisa brings him out on such fun days. Places like.... Battersea park , Battersea zoo, Bees and knees, Battersea Art Center, the library and many more fun places . The setting, is fantastic and its just like having a mini nursery, but inside someones house! Everything is up to a very high standard and she is very very professional in everything she does. The little things she does , which mean a lot to us...working mothers. Like the way she has a beautiful book/diary which she has hand written with lots pictures of what they did that day with all his observations she has taken, so i can look at it whenever i want! She always goes ABOVE AND BEYOND as her role as a childminder to help me with anything to assist my ever changing childcare needs, even for emergency childcare when and if i have needed it. I would recommend her to everyone who is looking for a happy , enjoyable environment for their children to grow and deloevop !!!
