I contacted her on phone when she sent me her number. I liked her profile and we discussed through text messages. I had high hopes that my child could go to this place as soon as possible since it was close to my place and told me she had all the requirements I needed. I asked her if I could come and have a look at the place and since the she stopped reply to my messages both on phone and the website. She could have even told me she is now fully booked so that I can focus somewhere else and dashed my hopes.

I can't speak more highly of the care that my daughter has received from Sofia.Her caring nurturing demeanor meant me and my daughter instantly relaxed and I feel so lucky that my daughter was happy to be left with her right after day one. I have felt so very lucky to have found her at a time that I needed childcare.
She was accommodating to our needs and at times went out of her way to pick up and even stay with my daughter after hours when I was running late from work!.
My daughter is always so excited to see Sofia and It makes the world of difference knowing that your child is happy and well looked after while you're at work.
Sofia has listened carefully to the ways that I prefer my daughter to be cared for, even cooking and giving baths and bedtime routine every day she was there and truly reliable!
From a professional perspective Sofia has a wide ranging of impressive knowledge and experience and all her training and CRB were up to date! and this comes across in her work from the way she would thoroughly communicate in giving important updates received from my daughters school and letting me know how her day was! to the love and care she has shown to my daughter and our family. We truly appreciate and value Sofia and highly recommend her as an expert in looking after your little ones xxx

I can highly recommend Sofia as a childminder.
She started to look after my almost 2 yrs old daughter and she is great.
