Caroline has been absolutely amazing and understanding. She went out of her way to help us when we needed help. She is such a lovely person and very caring.

I was hesitant about leaving my daughter when I returned to work so I wanted a smaller, home-from-home type setting. I'm never in doubt that my daughter is safe and it's clear from the smile on her face each morning how fond she is of both Caroline her daughter Melissa. Caroline is more than happy to work around what works best for us as a family and has a wealth of experience with children. Complete peace of mind.

Jessica has been going to Caroline since she was 8 months old and took to Caroline straight away with no fuss or tears and came home a happy little bunny. She’s been like this to date, she can’t wait to get in to play and sometimes doesn’t want to leave!
Caroline does lots of activities (covid permitting) including arts & crafts hand/foot print cards for special occasions, which is lovely as I don’t get as much time to do these things at home.
Jessica loves Caroline and absolutely loves her daughter Lissy who is so good with the children too.
I heard about Caroline through word of mouth and from other Childminder’s. Caroline’s years of experience show and I couldn’t recommend her enough. I like the fact, if available, she dies baby sitting at the weekend too.

Caroline has been looking after my 1 year old for around 3 months now and they love going to ‘Caroline’s’ they have learnt loads, they go out during the day and are occupied at home.
Caroline is a very friendly, fun, practical and genuine lady and I would recommend her to anyone!

We have used Caroline as our childminder for nearly a year and a half (since March 2019) and could not have been happier with our choice. Caroline was recommended to us through my sister who had sent both of her children to Caroline's care previously, so to us this was a tried and tested relationship, and felt like keeping things in the family. And that's how it's felt really, Caroline has been completely invaluable to us. I was nervous to leave my quite clingy little one, but knew that in a smaller childminder setting she could feel more like a home from home, and learn some social skills in a more intimate environment rather than be overwhelmed in a more noisy manic nursery type setting Ever since my daughter has been going 3 days a week she has gained in confidence, speech, and manners to name but a few. You can tell the little ones adore Caroline, as will go off merrily into the house and happy to sit with and cuddle, but also respect instructions and behaviour boundaries as no nonsense is tolerated - which has been great as I can on occasion be too soft and happy to know the line is being towed! It's clear Caroline has been in the profession for some time as she is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to many aspects of the children she cares for. It's such a relief to know your little one is in great hands and with someone who takes a personal interest in their development and well being. Caroline always takes the time to provide important information and feedback, has kindly acted as a sounding board provided advice when requested. I feel we have gained a lifelong friend and support in Caroline and could not recommend her enough.

Caroline has looked after our son since he was 9 months old, she's been absolutely amazing and the perfect choice for us. She has been a childminder for over 20 year's and he experience certainly shows. Her home is immaculate, she is extremely professional, meticulous with her governance and communicates with us each day. More importantly she is a loving, kind person whom has been instrumental in the upbringing of our little boy. With Caroline's experience come all the extras you just don't get with other child minders. She's a font of knowledge, full of helpful tips and brings out the best in you as a parent... Super nanny doesn't do her justice.

We were extremely anxious about leaving our little one with a Childminder as we previously had only a very brief experience with a nursery that did not go to plan.
From the moment that contact with Caroline was made we were instantly put at ease, and taking the time to have that telephone conversation about our routine and needs alongside the opportunity for a visit and taster session went a very long way!
We have been with Caroline for 5 months now and our little one has settled like a dream. He is so much happier in a home environment and is developing so well. Caroline provides regular updates and occasional photos of days out or activities, and even takes the time to ask after them when they are not with her which is very much appreciated.
Overall we cannot be happier with Caroline taking care of our little one, it takes a lot to trust a stranger with something so precious but we are extremely grateful to have found her.

I am so happy with the care my daughter has recieved from Caroline, I would highly recommend her and I will definitely use her service again if I need to in the future.
Caroline's warm and friendly nature has made leaving her so easy, while her no nonsence approach has improved my daughters behaviour and manners. Every day has a wide range of activities while still providing structure and routine.
Every step of the way Caroline has worked alongside me with great communication to aid her progress from fussy eating to potty training. She has always been flexible and if has space will accommodate extra days.
I know my daughter will miss Caroline and the other children in her care but I know Caroline has prepared and taught her everything she needs to move forward at Pre-School.

Caroline looked after our son from a very young age until just recently when he started pre-school.
From the very first day we met Caroline she was very welcoming to us all. Caroline was a great support to us as new parents and we always felt at ease with her looking after our little boy. We often received feed back on how our son was developing, which as a new parent was very important.
We found Caroline through childcare.co.uk and all I can really say is that we were incredibly lucky to find such a great child minder, we cannot recommend her highly enough.

Caroline has looked after my daughter since she was nine months old. I have always found Caroline to be approachable, honest and trustworthy and I have absolute confidence that she looks after my daughter to an exceptionally high standard. My daughter holds great affection for Caroline and is always keen to see her which I think is helped by Carolines friendly and welcoming home. She is totally reliable and dedicated to the children she looks after.
