We choose Slavka`s setting - Caring Hands because this is great place as a beginning educational journey for our child. It is nice, cosy and friendly environment where our son is happy and impressive develops . We drop him off there and know that he is safe and happy, having fun. Home is always welcoming, clean and well organized with lots of resources. Children can enjoy play with a range of toys that helps them develop. Everyone can find something interesting (music instruments, car park, books, dinosaurs, kitchen corner, natural toys, and many more).
We know this setting from around one year now and definitely we are more than happy. Slavka is high qualified person with professional approach but never forgetting being nice and warm. Always keen to share her experiences and able to give valuable advice. Her job is on outstanding level. She takes care about kids in every part of they develop, follows the rules of EYFS and provides a wide range of activities including plenty of outdoor exercises. Every part of cooperation is great. She has everything planned and supervised. We are feeling always good inform. Every 6 months we have opportunity to spend an extra time on parents meeting where we can discuss concerns and enjoy progress in child development.
We are so proud of how the ladies from the staff cooperate with us and follow our ideas of growing our son up. They are always warm and friendly and supportive of any requests made. It is great to receive daily report with details about his day in setting and significant moment. The book about Our child development (what they providing) is just magic and for sure will do a great memory of his childhood. Pieces of art and small surprises made by our son on special occasion always melts our hearts. We are truly believe that this place is one of the outstanding setting in Stratford area. They are on the top of everything. We are happy to have our little boy there. Definitely we can recommend.

Our son has been at Caring Hands for 3 months and we have been really pleased.
Slavka, Ioana (also a childminder) and the other staff are so caring to the children (and also to me when I was so nervous and emotional about leaving my child!). The place is so friendly and loving, with the children cared for tenderly and getting lots of engagement. If any child gets upset they are reassured with cuddles. For me, this is really important.
Our son has settled really well, and bonded with everyone in the team. The children do lots of activities together - arts, songs, music, games, stories and outside play in the garden (where there is a slide amongst other fun toys). It's lovely that the children are of different ages - it makes for a natural community. The children eat together and are taught to wash hands.
The setting itself is lovely. It occupies the ground floor of a house, with several rooms for different activities plus the garden outside. Slavka works with Ioana. They make a great team together with the assistants. It is like a mini-nursery, with the advantages of a nursery (lots of activities and other children to play with / learn from / teach) at the same time as maintaining an intimate and homely environment.
I'm so pleased we found this wonderful place. We're very happy with Slavka, Ioana and the team! - and so is our son!

Where should I start?
First and foremost I am extremely grateful in finding such an ambitious, professional and caring childminder. I was going back to work and needed a childminder close by with a can do attitude. My princess has been going there for a while now and I'm truly grateful for the time and effort Mrs Frain and her team have put together. My daughter has developed at a fast pace and I'm glad that Caring Hands have helped tremendously along the way. Mrs Frain takes pride in what she does and it clearly shows especially when she goes that extra mile.
As graded Outstanding by Ofsted you will not be disappointed. Caring Hands is by far the best!!

My daughter was attending this setting from August 2012 to September 2015.
The staff in this setting were very caring towards my daughter. The standards are very high with ensuring that my daughters needs were met at all times. All the adults communicated with me at all times, this was very important as they took my daughter to nursery too, so i was kept in the loop. Knowing that my daughter was in a good place helped me to have peace of mind so i could go to work and concentrate on my degree. Letters were frequently sent out so I was aware of when the setting was closed and what topics my child was doing for the term. My daughter had a special book which i was able to look at when the setting had parents evening. This was a great oppprtunity to talk to Mrs Frain and find out how my daughter was getting on. Over the years at caring Hands my daughter had many happy days, and this showed when I picked her up as she had many stories to tell about her day, and the love she had for the team. Parents who are considering this setting should check them out as you would not be disappointed!

Slavka and her team are great! She has a lovely setting and with all her routines, she almost runs a mini nursery at her home, which is just perfect! Trying to secure a place for your child might be difficult, but it certainly is worth the wait!

Mrs. Frain has been looking after my son for 3 years providing before and after-school care. My son very quickly settled into to the safe, warm and friendly environment and has continued to be very happy attending here.
The service provided is exceptional with lots of different activities such as arts and crafts, baking, and on warm days trips to the local park. Educational development is also catered for with a large selection of books and learning activities individually tailored to the age and level of my son.
The flexibility of the service - being able to provide care during school holidays and also short notice extra after school care - has been invaluable.
I would highly recommend Caring Hands Childminding Service.

Being a first time mum, I was a little nervous about my son remaining with a childminder. Since I had little choice I had to go to work I found a childminder. Since Mrs Frain has been taking care of my son from when he was 11/12 months old, late 2013. He's nearly 3 years old now. I have not had any problems with her and her staff.
I know when I leave him in her care my mind is always at peace. She's flexible since my work involves starting earlier than 8 am. She's agreed to have him before 8 am which is a relief for me.
My son enjoys playing with other young children. He's always talking about cars and they have noticed that he's into cars so they encourage him to play with cars and also to share with his friends.
She also keeps records of the activities and will share his progress with me. I have noticed my son is able to count up to 30 and he knows the alphabetical order from A to Z. He can also spell him name.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any one looking for a childminder
