Excellent, great communication and understanding

We have previously used Mandy as our Childminder and left when my eldest started school, both my children were very happy there, and the communication between us was brilliant, even though Mandy has a large family it is a very calm environment and they all work well together. I have now returned to using Mandy for School holidays, even though we have not used Mandy for a couple of years my children still know her and always say when we go past that is her house and she has lots of toys. Highly recommend Mandy, she is always advancing her knowledge of children and understanding their needs.

Highly recommended, great childminder 👍

I have not long returned to work after maternity leave with my son and I cannot thank mandy enough shes amazing with my son he doesnt even batter an eyelid that I'm not there hes so content and happy with her and I love that!! It was a real struggle for me to find someone to look after my son what with everything that is going on at the moment and I couldn't of chosen anyone better to look after him whilst I'm at work. I get pictures and updates all the time and hes just has happy when I pick him up as he is when I drop him off. I can't recommend anyone else.

Been great for my son

Have found Mandy very good with my son. Always tells me what he's been like during the day..sends texts and messages to reassure me when Ollie has been moody...also gives me copies of pictures taken of him doing activities during his day....have always found Ollie happy when I pick him up and he's always brighter than when I drop him off in the morning...my son enjoys the variety of toys and activities he gets to do.....Mandy has helped me out with adjusting times of drop off and collection for Ollie ...Doctor/dentist appointment etc.
Only downside for me is she is in Shaftesbury and we live in Gillingham..

Amazing childminder

Mandy has been looking after my little boy since I returned to work after maternity leave and I couldn't have left him in better hands. He settled in so quickly and didn't appear to notice I wasnt there. Its a home from home environment and Mandy will always send me photos each day to put my mind at ease that he was happy. I get a little day routine with photos at the end of each visit and she will always run anything by me that she was concerned about.
Mandy is an lovely childminder with excellent communication and very caring. Her children are also absolutely lovely and brilliant with my son. It's a very warm homely environment which is exactly what I wanted when I was looking for someone to look after him.

Needs improvement

Very poor communication skills and untruthful. Falsely told me she could not provide the care I had paid for and signed a contract for giving only 4 days over a weekend for me to find alternative childcare with no refund of security deposit.
