Jana is friendly and very caring. Our son loves her house which is filled with various toys and gadgets. He gets nutritional foods and I can count on her for additional out of hours childcare. Jana undergoes more than I expect from a child minder, cards for mother and Father's Day which shows her thoughtfulness. I can easily communicate with her and I always know what my child has been up to, what's he's eaten and I get a summary of his behaviour. I intend to send my younguest son to her soon. Thank you for saving us!

My now 4 year old son has been going to Jana since he was 11 months old. Being a first time mother and using a childminder being a first as well, Jana helped lower my anxieties of leaving my son with someone else. My son settled really quickly with Jana.
Jana's and her family are welcoming and my son always looked forward to going there every other weekend.
Jana has different activities for children and constantly gave me feedback on the progress of my son. Jana's flexible hours really helped as well. I have never had any concerns with Jana in the 4 years my son has been going to her and I would not hesitate to use her again in the future.

After moving to Luton I found that my 9 year old son would not be given a school place for a few weeks. Jana's profile really stood out for me and when I visited her I instantly knew that this was the place for my son. Jana was incredible in taking care of my son and particularly in making what could have been a very stressful time for him, a relaxing and secure time while he waited for a school place. A few weeks ended up being over a month and Jana was simply amazing. I would highly recommend Jana!!!

I had recently moved to Luton and needed a childminder for my 4 year old. Jana's profile stood out, I had never used a childminder before however after meeting Jana I was confident and with no doubt my daughter will be looked after and be happy. I have nothing but praise for the work Jana did looking after my daughter at an awkward and difficult time in my life. she was attentive and always had various activities to do with the kids as well as good support and advice, her flexible hours as well helped me in so many ways I cannot begin to explain. Given a choice for a childminder I'd never hesitate to give her a call knowing my child is in excellent hands that mould and nurtures young minds
