What struck me most when we first went to have a look was how happy and stimulated the children looked and how much they loved Jeanette. Starting going to a child minder was such a smooth transition for our boy. Whenever I talk to him about his friends he says Jeanette's name. Jeanette is extremely flexible and accommodating, the extra little things she does gives you the impression that this is a calling and not just a job for her. We are extremely grateful we found her.

Our little boy has been with Net now 4 months and loves it !! He had a big change moving city and from a nursery but he soon settled in with her. She is incredibly flexible and accommodating to suit the needs of busy working parents. He is always happy when in Net and Ian’s care.

Net is just wonderful. Warm, caring and professional - cannot recommend her enough!
Going back to work and finding good childcare is tough enough on a parent without also having the impacts of a pandemic thrown in to the mix. We're beyond happy we found Net, she's just brilliant with our little man and she's really helped him settle in and come out of his shell. He took to her immediately; we had to meet the first time in a local park and he happily let her carry him about! We were worried because he's not used to other people but we needn't have worried at all.
Net is very responsive to any messages and so thoughtful too - the little ones all made father's day cards recently and dad also got some lovely presents! We're just delighted to have Net in our lives!

We can not thank you enough for everything you have done for us especially over the last month.
Tobias started with Jeanette and Ian just over 3 months ago and has come on with leaps and bounds. Due to covid restrictions our 1st meeting wasnt the norm as we couldnt visit their house, have a brew and a good chat so we meet in the park.
On the day Jeanette messaged me saying "I'll have a red carnation in my mouth and dress as the Easter bunny so you'll know it's me" straight away we knew that they would be our child minders. Im a big believer in thinking that people who look after children should always have a good sense of fun as that's what makes children interested and focused.
Tobias had only being going to Jeanette and Ian's for 3 weeks and was already doing alot more and then on his 1st birthday he just got up and walked. He started gabbling alot more also pointing and recognising objects more.
I could not recommend Jeanette and Ian more highly. They go above and beyond to help in any situation.
Tobias loves coming and you are definitely a massive part of our family now.

We love what we do and feel so privileged every single day to be part of watching the children learn, grow and have lots of fun and giggles.

My little boy was quite nervous going away from his home bubble having missed out on so much interaction during lockdown, Jeanette put him at ease and helped him settle in, she has a wonderful way with children and they have so much fun with her. Can’t thank her enough for building my sons confidence.
Highly recommend Jeanette.

Net is amazing with kids. I have been here for a short while in the country and needed to to find someone to look after my son as I started work. Everything was new to him as we just moved to the UK and from day 1 of being with Net, he loved it. He was so happy being with Net. I am so pleased with her care for my son and never wonder otherwise. She keeps you informed of everything going on and when ever I reach out to her she ensures to get back to me as soon as she can. I would recommend her to anyone. She is just amazing with the kids

My 8 month old daughter Evie has just started going to Jeanette’s in the past month or so and she loves it. The first time we met Jeanette Evie was smiling and laughing her little head off which is unusual for her as she never does at new people, this was super comforting for me as I was returning to work soon. Jeanette was amazing at understanding our concerns about things as first time parents and was great about her availability as Evie had to be there early in the mornings. Everyday Evie comes home and I’m told what homemade food she’s had which is good for her weaning, what they’ve been doing and if she’s had a nap or not which helps so much for the transition back home to keep her in a routine. We couldn’t recommend Jeanette enough!

When my son moved school and my husband started a new job, we needed a childminder. Jeanette and Ian were simply amazing, they helped us on his first day at the new school, they were there in the morning just so I could be at work on time, incredibly helpful and supportive. It was such a relief, my son was so happy, confident, and settling in brilliantly. And it didn't stop there, it has been several weeks, and my son absolutely loves it, they play, have lots of fun, go to the park, do crafts... and then Jeanette's noodles, which according to my son are the best in the world!!
It is the professional and reliable attributes that I praise the most, I couldn't have found a better person to look after my son. Loving, homely environment, respectful, and building confidence, the perfect combination for a young person's development.

There are no words to express how grateful I'm am for jeannette. I was really anxious to start working again and thought I wouldn't be able to find someone good to take care of my child but fortunately I met her and I can go to work in peace knowing my baby his okay and happy.
He loves her and is always happy when he comes home so I can tell he's had fun and also learning new stuff. So thank you very much ❤️

I am really pleased that we found Jeanette to child-mind my daughter. She goes before and after school and loves it! She does lots of activities such as crafts, going to the park, playing, computer time and rest time. Jeanette clearly enjoys the children being there and looks after them in a caring, homely way. The main thing that confirms how much my daughter loves going, is the fact that some days I ask her if she wants picking up early or that she could go home straight from school if one of us is home, and she always wants to go to Jeanette’s instead! :-)
Definitely recommend.
