I enrolled my son at Tinybees when he was 19 months as I had to go back to full time work. Initially as a new mum I was sceptical about childcare for my son, but soon my worries were gone when I saw how organised and dedicated Safina was towards the children in her care. She gave us timely feedback and advise on how we could reinforce the work she was doing in terms of supporting my son's social, cognitive, behavioural and linguistic development.
Before joining Safina’s setting, my son was on pureed food and was a fussy eater. Safina worked on his eating habits and we soon saw a change in him. Safina encourages healthy eating habits and provides a healthy well-balanced lunch and nutritious snacks for the kids during the day.
Safina puts a lot of time and effort in arranging lots of activities for the kids during the year like field trips, sports days, world book day etc. Kids get to enjoy Easter, Christmas, Halloween and Eid parties – which is so much fun and engaging for the kids. This year she even organised a party for the King’s coronation. Kids learn a lot from these events. Not forgetting the Graduation ceremony that was held for the little ones starting reception this year.
Safina works on bringing out the best in every kid and recognises that every child is different. She channels their creative energy into learning and makes it fun and educational. Kids can enjoy a mixture of activities like singing, dancing while also learning phonics and doing arts and crafts. My son’s vocabulary for his age is exceptional! This is all down to Safina’s hard work. She has prepared him very well for reception, which he starts in September, this year.
My son adores Safina and especially her husband. He enjoys going to the nursery and misses it on the weekends. This is so comforting and says a lot about the care and attention he receives from them. This also shows how safe and loved he feels being around them.
I will 100% recommend Tinybees childcare to friends and family and will be sending my son to her during school holidays. We don’t see Safina’s setting as a childcare anymore, they are like extended family and we are happy that they have been part of our son’s upbringing.

Do your child a favour and book Safina (Tinybees) services before she's booked out..oh yes, that normally happens so fast!
I would give safina a 1000*** she's literally transformed my children's development within a space of 6 months.Meticulous about everything, passionate with her work with a plethora of experience in Early childhood development. Her facility is well equipped for Early learners.
Without a doubt, my 4 year old twins are more than ready for reception because the changes within 6 months with safina are beyond description. She's instilled cognitive, linguistic and social-emotional development, good personal hygiene practices , healthy eating habits, I could go on...
Her ability to interact and care for children with special needs has greatly impressed me.
I have no hesitation in recommending her to any family seeking childcare.

Safina has been taking care of my daughter Noor since she was 13 months (she will now be 3 years old!). Initially, I was a bit sceptical to leave my daughter in childcare, especially as my older two kids have been looked after by family when I returned to work.
But Safina very soon managed to form a strong bond with Noor. Noor genuinely adores Safina and her husband, who have become like a second family to her. This attachment speaks volumes about the warm and welcoming atmosphere Safina creates for the children under her care. It is comforting to know that while Noor is away from home, she feels safe, loved, and surrounded by people who genuinely care about her well-being.
One reason I was drawn to Safina initially was the exceptional cleanliness and beautiful setting of her childminding space. She literally transformed her entire house into a nursery with a large playroom with lots of different activity sections, a kitchen space, a conservatory for in-depth learning & fun outdoor garden. I see her constantly upgrading her resources & toys and it is evident that she takes great pride in her work. I love how her setting provides a home away from home but with the resources & activities of a high-end nursery - all focussing on the children's growth and development.
Noor has thrived both emotionally and intellectually at Safina’s setting. It is evident that Safina has played a significant role in Noor's development, as she is advanced for her age in terms of skills such as holding a pen and being independent in terms of eating & participating in different activities. Safina is also very helpful & accommodating whenever we faced emergency situations which was such a relief and my daughter would have stayed if we didn't move out of the area a year ago.
One thing I will miss is the number of fun and engaging activities for the children at the setting. Safina goes above and beyond to celebrate important events and occasions, such as Eid, Christmas, Easter, World Book Day and even the Queen's Jubilee and King's Coronation. These festivities create a sense of joy and excitement for the children, making their time with Safina truly memorable as you can see from the pictures I shared.
Overall, I cannot recommend Safina & her husband Faisal highly enough as a childminder. If you are looking for a childminder who treats your child like family, provides a clean and beautiful setting, and organizes enriching activities, Safina is the perfect choice. Noor's growth and attachment to Safina are a testament to the exceptional care she provides.

Two of my children have been going to Safina’s for over 2 years. The eldest of the 2 started Reception last September and her teachers said that she is so advanced that she was ready for Year 1 even maybe year 2 by March of this year. This is all down to the time and dedication Safina put in to her learning. My youngest is on the same track and far more advanced than most children her age. Both children love going there and learn so much whilst having lots of fun. Thank you for you hard work and dedication to my children. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We probably should tell you that more often, as your childcare service are excellent.
When we were looking for a setting for our son around six months ago, Safina's appeared as the best option for us. After contacting her and seeing the location, she managed to arrange to set up our son in just two weeks, as I was starting work. The baby was only one year old and, at that point, wasn't walking correctly on its own, wasn't sleeping alone and was breastfed. With your help and advice, our little started walking, sleeping and drinking milk from the bottle, which he didn't want before. We have seen changes in our little one's behaviour, which shows the care and the hard work you both do every day. We can see you do a lot of activities for all the kids because our little, when he is home with us, is starting to do new things that we are sure he learned from your settling. We have been a few times in the setting, and every time was spotless. The communication with us, the parents, is on an everyday basis.
We know our little loves your daughter, and we are grateful for all the care.

Safina and faisal have not just been childminders to me, they have been guardians to both my kids. My daughter went to another outstanding childminder in hounslow but she was refused entry one day because I didn't pay the invoice I was send after 11 pm at night by next morning 7 am. I was already in contact with Safina from long time to send my child but she was fully booked, my child was on waiting list and luckily the place became available on the time I was let down by my current childminder. I contacted her as I was left without a childminder and I was a full time working mum. She assured me that I can drop my girl to her and we can discuss money later. It meant a lot to me esp as I know this is her bread and butter after all. But she put my child first. I have known them for over 8 years now and I can say with the experience that they have looked after both my kids more than I could expect another family member to do. They have always communicated well, with a smile on their face. Late payments, late pickups etc never really made a difference in their care. They allowed me flexibility way beyond my expectations during hard times - when my husband left his job, also when covid hit. My elder one was always a well behaved one but her vocabulary and handwriting was highly improved by Safina's constant efforts, which helped her a lot getting inti higher ability group of her class when she started reception and she is in year 4 now and still shares a great bond with safina, faisal and thier daughters .
My little one though, is an extremely difficult character at times. Safina allowed me over two week of free settling period so I can focus on work after maternity leave. His eating habits, his behaviour, his cognitive development would not have been so good if it was not for their love, affection but with a lot of discipline. My child improved on communication and language being even a bilingual child . Safina continued to to advise me to work with him at home for consistency of care to help him with his speach and language . They always encouraged my kids and they cared enough to tell me when I was not making enough efforts eg getting rid of bottles or getting used to high chairs. I really couldn't have managed without their help. I can highly recommend them to anyone, anytime as they do not do this as a money making business but they really do care and are passionate about a child's development, well-being and progress .
Further they follows strict guidelines of hygiene and cleaning that’s there has nt been any outbreak of covid since pandemic .

Different reasons influence your decision while choosing the best option for your little one such as costs, proximity and how it all fit around your daily routine. Having made the choice to use the services of Safina, the end result overshadows all reasons which made our original reason. I have seen values such as politeness, a mere ‘thank you’ or ‘bless you’ means a lot than many other factors when my little one unexpectedly come up with these lines.
It’s not that your little one will never catch a cold or be immune to any bugs etc, no services can provide a 100% guarantee and they all form part of the growing up process, building their immune system, make them strong etc. It’s the advice which comes with that helped us a lot as first time parent.
For us, it’s the newness of having an unexpected word learnt which probably would never be used at home that wins above all. To be honest, it could be annoying hearing ‘thank you’ or ‘please’ all the time, but I’ll take that all day long. This would definitely be the foundation of a good polite and respectful personality in the future.
We had our fear of our little one being branded ‘covid babies’, but the help from Safina in developing the speech and interacting with others has convinced us there’s always hope.
Not advocating or promoting but we believe judging by the outcome in a more holistic way, with how our little one is turning up to be, we couldn’t be more proud.

Two of my children have been attending Safina’s childcare setting for two years. They absolutely love going and get upset on weekends/holidays when they are not there. The time and energy they give to each child is truly outstanding. One of my daughters has just started Reception and she is ahead of all her classmates due to the teaching of Safina. My other daughter is still there and will be for another 2 years. My youngest daughter had delayed speech but not does not stop talking. She was also a very clingy and shy but her independence and confidence is growing by the day. They care for the children as if they are their own. The place is immaculate and were very strict with Covid guidelines which was reassuring. We have moved a bit further away but we are happy to make the extra 20 minute drive as my children are so happy and progress. My older son who has never been is desperate to go there (hes too old) but it just speaks volumes when they send him activities to do, include him when they are doing special topics and treat him as if he has been going all his life. They make a real fuss of my children who have very different personalities but have been able to tailor their caregiving to them individually. I couldn’t recommend higher and if I could give more than 5* i would! Thank you!

Aryas progress and development steps have grown from strength to strength, from 7 months,when first attended,to today,has grown to be a very intelligent 4 year old girl, with clear speech and rich, advanced vocabulary, has shown interest in drawing and her creations have gotten very colourful and telling stories all the time, has the confidence to sing and dance and reading story books out loud, likes the garden, the outdoors, new creatures that she learnt of their existence, such as birds,spiders,snails,grasshoppers and butterflies.
Even though as parents we love our child dearly and cherish the quality time we spend together and try to be educational, we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the time you have dedicated to our child from the beginning of joining your undoubtedly outstanding setting and building her confidence, knowledge, skills and personality to this level and providing person-centred child care services of the highest quality.Your support is greatly appreciated and thanks to your tireless focus and dedication, Arya, will attend reception in September, having gained a very strong foundation to develop further and reach her full potential.

Our little one was 9 months when she started with Safina Aunty
From the start out daughter was thought excellent manners ,time management ,social skills etc.
Couldn’t have asked for more as she was our first child we as parents too learnt a lot for Safina and her husband.
Excellent source of foundation.
As Safina teaches most of early reception syllabus our child is already ahead.
Even though our little one started reception she still is missing Safina and a uncle faizal.
Highly recommend as she is local reliable adjusting flexible trustworthy.
