Chloe is a brilliant child minder and my two girls love being with her.
I think one of Chloe’s main strength is her creative ability to encourage learning through play. She is always coming up with different things to do and see. She is also active and spends a lot of time at the park or beach.
I have found her to be accommodating and flexible in her approach to work.
In summary, Chloe possesses some lovely qualities: She is very reliable, trustworthy, motivated, and understands the requirements of a modern family. I highly recommend her for a childcare position.

Overall
I was told about Chloe by a family member :) when I was due to start back at work after having my 2nd child, from the start she seemed like a warm, friendly, fun and very capable childminder as my two can be quite a handful lol! She kept a detailed daily diary about their activities, meals, snacks and even when they went to the toilet! Which was very handy and she also encouraged me to add anything I needed to say. My son, my eldest would always be telling me about everything they would do during the days they were there, which was a lot! From trips to different parks, the childrens centre and the library, She definitely kept them entertained and educated. It was always hard trying to get my kids to leave Chloe's! They loved their time with her and my boy would regulary ask when they were going back! lol! I would definitely recommend her to anyone and when I go back to work I'll be asking her to mind my children again!

Overall
I just wanna say that Chloe is brilliant!! She's really nice and friendly and my little girl loves her to pieces. Chloe does a lot of fun, entertaining and educational activities with her and she's always smiling and giggling. Also chloe is very open and will talk about what they've been up to and is willing to work with in every way! :)
