Nisha is currently looking after my son two days a week and she is a lovely nanny. She is very kind, caring and thoughtful both to my son and also to me! A very warm and genuine person. She is very respectful and asks lots of questions so that she can do everything exactly as I would wish. My baby has always only slept in a sling and Nisha was willing to wear him to continue this which has been fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend her as a nanny.

Nisha contacted me about our childcare requirements. She sounded good and we arranged to meet several times over the course of three weeks, but each time was cancelled by her at short notice until finally she said she didn't know when she could meet up.

I responded to Laura two or three days in advance saying I could not make our meeting. I had to cancel because me and my son have both been sick. Laura had poor communication and only seen emails on the day rather then when I sent them. I am a honest person and have apologies on both occasions.
