Better than I could have ever hoped for

I have had Linda for the past six months. She picks up my 18mo from nursery two days a week and also does ad hoc care. This was my first experience with a nanny and I am blown away. The best thing is my daughter absolutely loves her. She is so great with Elsie, always engaged with her but at the same time helping her learn new words and sign language. She is extremely reliable and has never been late or had to rearrange anything. I don't always get out of work on time but with linda it's not a problem. She does Elsie's bath and gets her ready for bed, feeding her as necessary and playing with her all the time. Other days she will take her out to different places to find activities such as story time at the library. I am always confident Elsie is happy when she's with Linda. I am so sad that we have to give her up as we are moving too far away - Elsie and I will really miss her! I just hope the next nanny can come close to her standards!

Thank you very much Ellie..much appreciated ,it's been a pleasure looking after your little one, we had lots of fun times.Hope to see and catch up with you both very soon. I will miss our regular Monday and Tuesday bath time fun and our story time with the Gruffalo.....'Grrrr ' and the counting butterfly book xx
