Lucy was caring for our 13 month old on temporary basis through May. She has been excellent with our little girl and has also been picking our 4 year old from school, with some after school care. Her daughter Ava is a great help, in fact as she has developed a really nice relationship with our kids. Ava looks out for our daughter and entertains her too.
Lucy is efficient and very relaxed at dealing with the kids. In the short time she has been with us she has dealt with short notice problems with ease and no complaints. She had to take our daughter to the doctors at short notice. She had Ava and both our kids during an hour wait, but still had a smile!!
Overall I highly recommend Lucy!

Overall
Lucy has now been with us for about 2 years and she has been the best nanny we have ever had. She has been so great with my kids, and with our whole family. I couldn't recommend her more! My daughter is now in nursery and therefore we unfortunately have fewer hours available for Lucy but we would really like to still keep her on at least one day a week if at all possible. She and Ava have become part of the family and especially since our daughters are the same age they are just like sisters. We will really miss them the rest of the week. We have shared the journey of the kids growing up together so far and she has been a real support for us. I never have to worry when I'm at work as I know they are in the best hands. Lucy is great with children of all ages and also helps me with some household chores. She is always willing to accommodate anything that is asked of her and is very very reliable. She has never let me down even once in the whole time she has been with us. She is truly fantastic!!

Lucy has been babysitting for us for about 3 years now and I honestly hate to use anyone else, she is so good with our daughter and is even fantastic with me! She is clearly a natural caregiver and her experience is fantastic, she encouraged my daughter with writing, drawing and crafting even though she only has a few hours with her. Our daughters have become like sisters and I'm very happy to call Lucy a wonderful family friend.

Lucy has been babysitting my daughter for over two years now, she has become a wonderful family friend and our daughters have become very close.
I couldn't recommend her more! Her commitment to the kids is wonderful, she can always think of great activities and they love her!

Lucy has looked after my daughter since she was 6 months and when my son came alone aswell this has been no problem for her and they are now 4 & 2, lucy is very reliable and trustworthy , my children love to spend time with her, and are happy to to be left with her and her daughter.
She always keeps them busy and interacts with them, she very patient with the children and easy to get on with.
I highly recommend Lucy as reliable, trustworthy and responsable person to care for children.

I met Lucy in 2012 when I was coming back from my maternity leave after my second child was born and I new from the start that she was the one. She soon came to work for us after giving birth to her daughter Ava that was just a week old and if at the beginning I was a bit concerned of how she could cope with her new born and my kids soon my worries were far beyond as she showed confidence patient and lots of care for my kids as they were her own children. As I was away from home nearly 32 hours per week she replaced me brilliantly taking them outdoors and at the library doing always fun activities at home, reading them stories and fairy tales helping me also with the housekeeping cooking and doing the washing up. She's been an excellent teacher for my daughter that is 4 years old and that now speaks English very well and is very polite. Ava is lovely little girl and she's like a sister for both my kids. My daughter simply adore her as well as my son, thanks to Lucy that has been teaching them how to relate with babies. Unfortunately due to my changes at work we were not be able to keep the same hours as before so she decided to leave . She has being absolutely fantastic and we will miss her so much especially my kids. I strongly recommend her as she is not only a nanny but a mummy a teacher a big sister and has an outstanding patience. We love you Lucy!!!
