Excellent childminder

I was able to meet Katherine while I was on maternity leave, as we attended the same local group and always found she was an excellent advert for her services.
She has a calming nature and always put the children’s needs first. My little girl has been going for the last year and she loves it. She runs straight in, takes her shoes off and is ready to play. She loves going to the different groups and playing with the older children before and after school. Katherine has been adaptable with dietary and medical needs and keeps us informed daily of what they’ve been doing.
Overall I feel very confident leaving my child in her care and would highly recommend.

Great childminder

My daughter has been with Katherine for nearly two years. She loves every minute of it and loves the interaction with all the other children. Katherine has been really good with us, I am a shift worker and has always provided me with flexibility. She is really caring and puts the children first. I would highly reccommend to anyone requiring a childminder for their child/children and I can assure you that she provides excellent care.

Brilliant childminder

My little girl is 2 and has been going to Katherine’s for about 13 months now. She is so happy going there that at the weekend she asks where the other children that go there are.
Katherine is great with all the kids, no matter what their age; very calm and caring. She is a good communicator and makes sure to tell you what’s been going on during the day (naps, etc.), and let’s you know straight away if your little one has fallen ill. She always provides a variety of activities through the week, which is really important to me since we went to a lot of classes when I was on mat leave so in that respect it’s as similar to being with me as possible, while still doing a bit of prep for school or nursery later. She also gets our little tyrant to drink water (no mean feat), to eat veg and has supported us in our choice of cloth nappies. All round a great childminder!

Highly recommended

As soon as I visited Katherine I knew my first child would be really happy there. She attended Katherine’s from 10 months till she started pre school.
I travelled over 25 minutes to get to Katherine’s as she was worth the travel!
I got my own book where I got an update every day to see what they had done and what she had eaten.
My youngest has now started going and has only been there for a couple of months and has settled really well. I just wish she lived closer!
I would defiantly recommend Katherine.

A fantastic childminder with the best interests of

My son attended Busy Bees with Katherine for over a year and we were always 100% happy with the care provided. We couldn't have asked for a more nurturing and educational setting for our child who truly flourished and progressed over the period that he was there. Katherine is a fantastic childminder who always has the best interests of the children at heart and strives to ensure that they learn a lot, while still providing plenty of love and care for all the children. She is patient, kind and naturally brilliant with children and will go above and beyond to provide the best care for your child. My son started school nursery and so no longer attends Busy Bees but he still looks back and remembers his time there with great fondness. If you are looking for someone to look after your child, you really couldn't ask for a better person to do so!

Excellent

Both of my boys were looked after by Katherine one at 3 years and the other 18 months right upto them both starting school full time. They could both be a bit of an hand full at times but Katherine always did an excellent job with them and both boys loved going to her house. I would highly recommend busy bees and will definitely be using her services again for my new baby.
