Steph is an amazing child minder and I’m so glad we found her. I was a bit worried at first as my little one had never been to anyone else other than with me or my mom but I know I needed more of a childminder environment rather than a school setting. I didn’t need to worry though as Steph helped her settle straight away and looks forward to going each day. The communication is all also on point and regular sends pictures and updates daily on progress and what the children are learning. Steph takes the children on trips and regular outings. She has learnt so much since going there. My little one has just turned 3 and has learnt so much in a short period of time, she is thriving and it’s all down to Steph and the amazing environment that she provides. Steph is so flexible and has been a lifesaver on so many occasions, which has helped me so much taking the stress away of being a working mom. All I can say is I wish I would have found her sooner. I couldn’t recommend her enough and my little one would say the same.

Searching for a childminder during a pandemic was nothing short of a nightmare until we started talking to Steph!! I knew from the beginning of speaking that she was the best fit for our daughter. From communication, settling in sessions and now a year later, we couldn't be happier with sending our little girl to Steph. Our little girl has come on in leaps and bounds with her development since starting, and loves going to Stephs. We are so happy to have found Steph, and will be sending our new little arrival when I return to work!!

Steph has been nothing but amazing, we moved our child to Stephs after moving house, we were apprehensive but it was the right descion. From the first time that we went to meet Steph she was friendly, open and welcoming. We were able to see all forms of documentation and policies and no question was silly.
Our son's settling in sessions were fantastic and flexible, allowing him to take the lead on what he needed as he does have separation anxiety. This is something that Steph is fantastic at handling and she will reassure us every morning with just a little message that's hes settled. This is a huge comfort to us as parents.
We also get pictures throughout the day of activities hes completing too, this enables us to see hes settled and happy which is our peace of mind and a nice touch.
Stephs setting is very much home from home, which is just perfect for us. I feel that our son gets an equal balance of experiences. He has trips out, mixing with other children, learning time and also the home environment. Stephs observations of our son that she feeds back to us is a perfect reflection of him at home, this is obvious that she spends time to get to know the children individually in her care.

Steph is like a second mom to our little boy, her setting is his home away from home and he loves attending there doing multiple activities on each day, always comming out with smiles on his face,and plenty of stories to tell. The swapping of days and flexibility of steph is second to none she is so accommodating, I cant recommended this setting enough, if your after a loving home with care and attention to detail and all your child's need covered, then look no further Bumblebees day care, this is the place for your little one. My little one started with Steph beginning of January at 9 months old when I returned to work, I was so nervous leaving my baby boy at such a young.
Steph is such a lovely person and my little one is always full of smiles when I pick him up. He has settle really well and I know I made right decision choosing Steph over a nursery setting :) she is so kind and caring, I get regular texts and pictures when Little one is with her. Her home is very safe for children :) one of the best !

We brought our sensitive, high-spirited 5-year-old daughter to Steph's under unusual circumstances. We just needed a few days here and there for a short period of time when we were visiting the area for difficult, personal circumstances. She was incredibly generous with our sometimes last-minute and ever-changing needs, and more importantly my daughter adored her and her home! (Honestly, she complained if we picked her up early.) The adorable crafts project she did for Valentine's Day was the icing on the cake. :) I highly recommend Steph!!

After going back to work when my lo was 9months old I was extremely nervous. Steph has been amazing and my lo absoulty loves going there. She has help with his development as well as his social skills. Steph is very flexible and very accommodating. She is always taking them to do things or doing activities in the house. Steph will text and communicate whilst my lo is there if I'm worried about leaving him. She has been fantastic

Steph looks after my little boy full time I'm so happy with her and my little man just adores her it makes my working life so easy knowing my little man is happy Steph also communicates with me about my sons progress and is currently helping with potty training

Steph is an amazing child minder, she loves my girls as she does her own and they are always excited to see her and her wonderful girls. Without Steph I wouldn't be able to work full time which our family needs me to do. She's flexible and understanding as circumstances never stay the same. I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone. It was a difficult thing to do to hand over the care of my girls and let someone else do the things I have done for years but I trust her with my girls completely and we couldn't be without her xx

Stephanie has provided an excellent childminding service for my 1 year old son since September 2016. She is very accommodating to my requirements and has provided me with progress and milestones that my son makes each week. I was initially very anxious to leave my son, as I had never left him with anyone before, but Steph was very reassuring and sent me text messages to let me know that my son was OK, during the first week or so. Overall I cannot fault her childminding services and would recommend to anyone.
