DO NOT USE STACEY FRENCH

I had met Stacey in July and thought she would be perfect to look after my son.

However, the first week I left him with her it was utter hell! My son had diarrhoea, he didn't really want to go to her and to be fair, in hindsight, she has a baby of her own, a son who is quite poorly and all these other children to look after.

I believe she was out of her depth.

Then on the Friday she tells me she had to go to the hospital with her son and that a backup childminder would look after him. As I did not know how the whole childminding thing went, I believe she should have introduced me to her back up so that I would feel comfortable before returning to work.

Saturday came, the childminder (Tina Scott) was Icey and unwelcoming. I asked whether she could have him for an hour just, so he could settle in before the week ahead in which she declined. This was shocking as she is supposed to be an 'outstanding childminder'.

I believe Stacey sprung this upon me last minute and knew what was to come. She was cold and did not make us feel settled one bit.

We decided to look for another and thankfully I found one just in time. It is now November and Stacey has gone on Facebook and slandered me and my son. This has caused serious harm as mine and my sons name has been plastered all over Facebook breaching data protection in which I will be reporting to Ofsted.

Stacey is unprofessional, and I would seriously as a mother stay away from her!

Happy Son Happy Mom!!

Stacey has been simply amazing!! We recently moved from Edinburgh and being in a new town made everything quite daunting and stressful... especially childcare!

Stacey helped me out greatly and the moment we met her in her lovely home, her bubbly personality made us feel right at home! Blake was equally eager to meet another new friend!! ?

I can't recommend her enough, she picked up my son from school and always had loads of activities for him as well as great meals for his tea. Loads of updates from her during the day and always polite.

My son wouldn't stop telling me about the adventures they had been on! All the children in her care are well mannered and truly cared for by Stacey... a very genuine lady! Thank you so much!!
